Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Cambridge

yall would never believe this but i have all the receipts to prove it!!! i went there to pick up an online order placed in the app in the evening about 530-6pm and they said that i needed to cancel the order because they did not have everything in the order; specifically stating i ordered white meat when they only had dark meat. i was kinda like 'huh' but was like 'ok' and then re-placed my SAME order except replacing white meat with dark meat. i returned back in line to re-pick up my second order. then upon returning they told me i had to cancel that order too because they cant fufill the whole order. They said they ran out of dark meat... This is within 5-10min of me cancelling one order and placing a second! ridiculous!!! okay so i gave up on chicken, went BACK ON THE APP TO PLACE YET A THIRD FREAKIN ORDER not even ordering chicken this time; only ordered seafood... which was an item also in my first and second order... well guess what? i returned back to attempt to pick up my order i have now tried to place three times and wasted about 20-30 minutes doing to find out THAT I NEEDED TO CANCEL THAT ORDER BECAUSE THEY DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO FUFILL MY ORDER!!!!!!! i thought this was such a complete joke!!!!! $60dollars and 30 minutes later they lost a long term customer that used to patronize this establishment about 3 times a week for the past 15 years. NOW NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER RETURN. PLEASE FIRE EVERYONE OR REPLACE THEM!! THE GENRAL MANAGER IS THE WORST ONE OUT OF THEM AND ALWAYS CAUSING DRAMA AND SHE IS PROBABLY THE REASON WHY EVERYONE ELSE IS IN A POOPY MOOD BECAUSE SHE IS!! HOW DO YOU RUN A CHICKEN RESTAURANT WITH NO CHICKEN?? AND OH BTW THEY DO CLOSE AT 11, THEY JUST LIE AND PLAY GAMES AND THEY LEAVE THEIR LIGHTS OFF WHEN IT GETS DARK SO YOU THINK THEY ARE CLOSED AT 8PM BUT THEY NEVER CAN DO ANYTHING RIGHT OR MAKE ANYTHING OR ANYTHING FRESH OR HALF DECENT IF YOU COME ANY TIME AFTER 2PM PRETTY MUCH. U MIGHT ASWELL DRIVE TO EASTON OR SOMEWHERE ELSE

Update to this as of October 2nd: why hasn't any management or ownership responded to my review but I notice that they are selective with who they cater to. I may open a case with better business beauro about my lousy s e r v i c e and definitely will not be...

No other customers at counter. We had coupon & knew what we wanted, so we stood at register. Employee was reading bulletin board,about 5 ft from register. No one else came to take our order so he came over to start our order. Another customer entered, a 2nd employee came out from the back. Then this 2nd employee and the one taking our order both went over to help this customer, took order,bagged it and customer left. Now this 2nd employee comes over to register to finish taking our order. Paid & done. Both employees walked away. A 3rd employee comes over & questions us. We showed the receipt & this employee walked away, but soon came back with our sides & told the first two employees that the sides were there. No one had said if our order was not being filled due to awaiting on food or anything. But finally, our order was gotten ready,was given condiments,napkins & sporks & we left. Got home, only to discover that we had no sides. Called (about 10 rings before answer) & explained situation. Our choices, go back now to pick up or come in tomorrow to get. It will be awhile before going to this store again. Love That Chicken...

Absolutly horrible. Every time I go here its in hopes that they fixed themselves but to no avail. I always go through the drive through for lunch while I work. And every single time I can never hear what the person on the microphone is saying. And no. Its not the speaker its their volume. I can hear everything going on around them just fine through the Mic. Just not them. I usually have to ask them to repeat themselves at least 5 or 6 times throughout my order. And thats when its a small order. I always order the same thing. The Fishand Popcorn Shrimp combo/ w fries,biscuit and lemonade. The past three times though. I only get shrimp. And I look at my receipt and it says only popcorn shrimp. Now that would be fine since I didnt pay the extra for the more expensive fish and popcorn shrimp meal. But its not fine because I'm hungry and the shrimp isnt filling. So I like the fish with it. But I never get it. Do not go to this popeyes. I understand its the only one around, but its just not worth all the chances that they get. Go to Easton's. Much better and...
