As a former sprint customer my frustrations with lack of service, dead zones, and all the stores closing down had me at my limit. I walked into Verizon I was greeted by Caleb Fountain. He helped get out of a bad contract with sprint. I upgraded from a galaxy note 10 plus to a galaxy z fold 3. He helped me choose a plan and phone that miles ahead of what I had. I also save about $20 on my monthly bill after switching. He even drove over to the next town to help me get my phone the same day. While he was out getting the phone the other sales rep a man named Devon Phillips assisted me in dealing with sprint recovering my account info and releasing my number. He also helped me ask the sprint rep the right questions about my bad contract to help clarify what I was paying for and identify other inconsistencies. My sales person William took me through all of the information I would need and all the basic features of my new telephone. In addition he took all of my information stored on my basic telephone and transferred them to the new smart telephone. In addition William showed me the Verizon web site with the operating manual for my new smart telephone so that any questions I had this web site would be a resource. Read moreBack in March my fiance added our kids and me to his Verizon plan he's had for over 10 years. We went to the Hunt Valley location and told the sales manager exactly what we wanted. Long, long, long story short, many dollars spent, rude comments and bad treatment from customer service. We went into the Cambridge Verizon store where we met Travis, the Sales Manager. He actually listened to us and he actually HELPED us!! The first sales manager totally ripped us off and customer service was no help to us at all. They were just rude and nasty. Travis was able to get our plan down to the cost it was suppose to be from the beginning and he was completely respectful and nice while doing it!
