Oh my gosh. I attempted to order from the Cambridge, OH location prior to them opening for the day because I was wanting to have them ready by noon because I was having family over at one. I tried 9 times with the website saying that there was a problem and to try again later. I tried a tenth time once the location opened and the order went through fine. A few minutes later, I received a phone call from the location asking if I had sent the same order in 10 times or if I made a mistake. I said I didn't make a mistake, the website did. Once I explained the situation, she canceled 9 of the attempts. I overlooked that because computer issues are commonplace and she took care of it. About 5 till 12, I received a text message saying the pizzas were being prepared. I figured it was just going to be a bit late because they were probably busy so I made another stop first to give them a chance to finish them without being rushed. I arrived about 10 after 12 and gave the lady my name and she handed me 4 large and one medium. I told her that wasn't the right order. She said it was the right order and asked what I ordered. I told her it was order 212 Marion and I proceeded to tell her which 7 pizzas I ordered. She said that a man already came in and picked up my order. I told her that wasn't possible because nobody knew I was ordering pizza. I was wanting to have a nice visit with family without the hassle of cooking and cleaning. She said that the man used my name. I said that was hard to believe that someone else used my name. She showed me the receipt for the 5 pizzas and said that I could just take his. He had ordered plain cheese and gluten free. The kids would have thrown a fit if I tried to serve that selection. I was like well can you just remake my order. I figured another half hour tops. She said that she was by herself so it would be at least 2 1/2 hours before it was ready. She made a mistake so she was going to put me last on her list? I was like no thank you so she canceled my order. If I had planned on making my own dinner, I would have started at 4am. I was hoping to avoid that while ordering from a local franchise. Read moreI called the store at approximately 1115 pm to verify the closing time and if there was a driver available for delivery, a polite young woman believed to be named Kylie answered the phone and confirmed they could deliver and were open until 1am. We said we would call back as soon as we had our order ready. Less than 5 minutes later we called and man Jandk Jackson pretending to speak a foreign language and laughing answered the phone and then hung up on us when we asked for another staff so we could understand to place an order. We called back and he answered speaking English and rudely said they do not deliver to our location. When we said his coworker already confirmed you do a few moments ago, he was rude and hung up again. I called from another number and was hung up on for a 3rd time. My coworker placed an order for pick up and the manager Kathryn Curtis was rude to her in person as well. She attempted to throw my coworker out of the store for trying to tip Diego, who actually helped us and checked her out. Management needs to listen to how their staff treat customers. Gave them my name and he said it was in the oven. I waited for about a half hour and he asked my name again and said it would be out shortly. Another half hour goes by and still no pizzas. Now I asked to talk to the manager and he told me it was going to be another 15 minutes. After an hour and 15 minutes of waiting plus the 20 minutes that I waited before going into the store I finally got out pizzas.
