I would give zero stars. Doors locked at 7:30 even though says open until 9 on saturdays. Was going to eat inside but appeared to only be 1 worker so understandable and honestly not a huge deal. Went through the drive thru instead to pick up the order I placed online. Guy didn’t say two words just opened the window we said we had the orders and he hands us a bag then closes the window. Subs were less than subpar. The 3 that were toasted were black and charred in some areas. The entire thing was over cooked. Nothing was cut. There was 7 total slices of ham on a foot long. 3 were double slices and 1 single slice spread out on a foot long. Slathered in sauce to the point I had to use napkins to wipe some off. Overall were a complete mess. On another one they made it, toasted it open but didn’t close it and didn’t wrap it just slid it into a brown bag so there was sauce everywhere. On another one they put the veggies on half the sub with about the same amount of meat slices as the first and sauce on the side the veggies were not on. And it was also dripping. The last sub was a flat bread that wasn’t toasted but half was hard and stale and completely crunchy. Like couldn’t bite through it. Also had very very little meat on it. I didn’t ask for double or extra meat and I understand that there’s a guideline to follow but when a 1/4-1/3 of the total sub doesn’t have meat on it? Ok. Lastly the last one didn’t have any sauce except it was dripping with the juice from the peppers. Incredibly messy. I love this subway and used to frequent here. However whoever they have in there now doesn’t care about their job or their customers. Very disappointing. Was going to take them back for a refund but I had some hungry kids and already waited a half hour for this. They decided to pick around and eat what they could instead. Very upsetting. Read moreI ordered online as I always do with a special note that said “please leave half of the club only meat cheese and black olives”. I’ve been ordering it this way for over a year at every subway I visit. I called about 5-10 minutes later when I opened the sub and told them that it was made wrong and that my child could not eat it. The worker told me it must not have printed on his end. I asked what we could do considering I ordered it with a special note and that every other subway I order from gets the note. He stated that the other subway in said town was shut down and I told him there’s still another 10 minutes away and that I travel and order from others. I asked if I could speak to a manager and he said he was one but would let the day time manager know. I asked if there was anything we could do and he said sorry. I ate half and was very disappointed. What little toppings I had were only at the top leaving 70% of the subway dry. My boyfriend ordered something else and expressed his disappointment before I said anything. I’m betting since it was 30 minutes til closing time the worker didn’t want to do anything for us. We even stopped to use the bathroom after a long trip and the lobby was closed and drive through sign was turned off. Read moreIt's been a long time since I sat and ate inside a subway but the one on 209 by Wendy's in Cambridge is ranked #1 on the service and the food I ordered a number 8 it's the roasted chicken with garlic n more I left out the garlic oil n the tomatoes and added green pepper n mayo and I had more meat n more veggies on that sub then I've ever gotten from any subway usually you have to ask for more of this or that or double order the meat so it's a sandwich that's advertised daily on TV or social media commercials so the 2 ladies working was fast to wait on me n my Girlfriend and befor they played the radio they asked us if we minded and what we listened to so whoever those two girls who worked Friday evening thank y'all for the wonderful service and food that felt like my mom would have made for us y'all need a raise n to be appreciated by your employer cause me n my family will...
