Mattress Firm Camden — Hotel in Camden

Went into mattress firm and Lenny helped my sister and I out was very helpful and knowledgeable. Now when it comes to His employee Christian, first he did help us when we were doing the payment and setting up for the delivery but what he lacks is customer service after we finished up, he got back on his phone and continued to watch the ohio state football game. Christian, never said "okay, everything is set up have a great day" he just got back on his phone while my sister and I just sat there. After a few minutes my sister asked are we waiting on anything else? He then said no we're done. Christian needs to be retrained with better customer service and better people skills. Other than that lenny gets 4 stars to me while Christian gets half a star. So with that combined I'm leaving y'all with 3 stars. Came into Mattress Firm after having a bad experience at Sears in dover. Marcell(spelled wrong maybe haha) was really helpful in getting me and my fiancee a Stearns and Foster mattress that was really high quality at a price point that was on par with sears and their low quality brands. He helped get us a frame, box spring as well and it delivered to our apartment July 1st which is further out then normal and didn't charge us to hold it or push the date out. I would tell, not recommend people to go to this store. I have been to other mattress firms and they talked about losing beds and all this stuff and sears wouldn't honor their word on a price of a bed, here they were the complete opposite. They made it easy to pull the trigger on a large purchase and on top of all that gave us water, snacks and we won a free memory foam pillow. If that isn't top notch service I don't know what is. I want to give a shout out to Jon Marango and the team at Mattress Firm in Camden. I was waking up 3-4 times per night. I was suffering from increased neck pain and intermittent numbness in the hands for about a year. These symptoms were only happening at night, but recently I was feeling numbness in the hands all day. I went to Mattress Firm, and Jon listened to my concerns. Based on what we could afford, he set us up with an amazing mattress, pillows and adjustable base. Last night was my first night in the new bed with the base set to "zero gravity." I just slept through the whole night and have no numbness in the hands. My neck and back are much more relaxed. And I didn't wake up until my alarm went off!
