Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Camden

I have been here over a dozen times as a local and I love the restaurant, my complaint is with the play area so I'll skip to that as everything else is fine besides. My complaint is the play area. It's pretty dirty inside the area in general and inside the actual play tubes is very dirty. I know every play area at Chick-fil-A's are way too small, it encourages parents to just "watch" their kids from inside the restaurant, where they can't hear how obnoxiously loud their kids are being. I take my tiny toddler in this room who is still getting used to other kids and I always end up leaving either as soon as I go in and hear kids seemingly attempting to simulate a hurricane inside this tiny play area that shakes the entire thing with a rusty creakiness that makes me uncomfortable. So I begrudgingly leave and tell my little one we will go to a park where the kids are slightly more parented. I wish there was something the restaurant could change about this, but nonetheless, its pretty gross inside the play area as well. My toddler even told me how dirty it was inside the play area. This place used to be great with their customer service before they renovated. Amazing people. Now they have this dynamic of two lanes that they obviously can’t manage. We ordered our food and pulled up. We then proceeded to sit for 10 minutes while we watched them serve only the other lane. We knew because we were in front of the line. We made eye contact and tried to get their attention so we can pay but then proceeded to ignore us and continue their chat with the other employees while they stood around. Once they finally came over to give us our food, he took our payment but then we realized they forgot to give us a quarter of the food we ordered. We then asked for them to fulfill our order, which took another 15 minutes. And when we got home, they still forgot a Chick-fil-A sandwich and all the Chick-fil-A sauce. Chick-fil-A has such a great menu of different chicken sandwiches, salads and desserts and awesome drinks! Their chicken offerings go from spicy to mild. I love their Chicken Caesar wrap it is so filing and is my frequent order. Oh and their waffle fries I just so love, I can never make it home without eating up my waffle fries. I have sometimes just ordered large fries and their wonderful tasting Lemonade that come in different flavors that was just perfect for me. During most of the year they often have long drive thru lines but their associates are at your car and promptly ready to take your order while providing customers with fast and friendly service. You can also go inside to eat or pick up your meal as well. As you can imagine Chick-fil-A is a great place to eat otherwise they would not have such long lines and everyone patiently waits to get their favorite Chick-fil-A meal!
