WORSE customer service!! Employees at THIS MCDONALD'S are EXTREMELY RUDE, IGNORANT, DISRESPECTFUL, & NOT OUT FOR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. THIS MCDONALD'S HAS HAD SEVERAL FIST FIGHTS BETWEEN EMPLOYEES BEHIND THE COUNTER NEAR REGISTERS, FIGHTS IN KITCHEN, & I PERSONALLY WITNESSED 2 EMPLOYEES BEGIN A PHYSICAL FIGHT IN THE KITCHEN THAT WENT INTO THE LOBBY WHERE CUSTOMERS WERE SITTING & ATTEMPTING TO EAT UNTIL THE DISRUPTION. SECURITY THAT DAY WAS OUTSIDE & WHEN SECURITY was TOLD ABOUT THE SITUATION WHICH WAS PULLED BACK BEHIND THE COUNTER IN VIEW OF EVERYONE THE SECURITY OFFICER DID NOTHING...NOTHING BUT FORBID ANY CUSTOMERS FOR EATING LONGER THEN 30MINS BECAUSE THEY WILL LOSE THEIR CAR TO BEING TOWED AWAY. RUDEST, MOST IGNORANT, DISRESPECTFUL, DEFINITELY NOT CHILD FRIENDLY MCDONALD'S WITH EMPLOYEES ONLY ALLOWING THEIR "FRIENDS" TO HAVE LONGER PARKING & SITTING PRIVILEGES.
MCDONALD'S CORPORATION NEEDS TO CHECK THIS CAMDEN MCDONALD'S & FIGURE OUT WHY THE EMPLOYEES CAN'T UNDERSTAND A SIMPLE CHANGE or how to show any signs of customer appreciation/care. 😡😞 I find it very sad that simple instructions can't seem to be followed at this location.
Step 1 walk into store Step 2 locate kiosk Step 3 use kiosk to order (Which an employee is supposed to assist if any problems with ordering) Step 4 go to register for cash payment or take a place holder to empty table & sit Step 5 McDonald's employee(s) is supposed to bring YOU the items you ordered at kiosk. (These employees do NOT bring the order to you instead you order & then have to wait at counter with receipt [that doesn't print at kiosk even tho it's supposed to print] to get your order)
UPDATE 11/5/23: Female bathroom has been EXTREMELY DIRTY every time I've attempted to use it (which you have to order to use & they have to unlock bathroom door) & it is dangerously DIRTY.. slippery floors, toilets are so dirty I wouldn't even trust hovering over it without concern of something being caught from it. Sinks are full of dirt & body hair from people apparently washing in the bathroom sinks. I understand having no place but come on people use these bathrooms have to pay to use them & paying customers receive an attitude for needing time to get to the bathroom door (disabled) only to go inside to an extremely DIRTY bathroom that in my opinion is NOT USEABLE due to how UNCLEAN it is 90% - 97% of the time if it's allowed to be used. Oh lets not get started on the smell which is next to unbearable even when they claim it to be recently cleaned.
The attitudes from most of the employees is absolutely absurd. They act like they have no customer training & are completely disrespectful towards people who have questions of any type whether it be about where their food is, tables being cleaned, the bathrooms being disgusting, or even simply needing to use the bathroom. 98% of the time the Frappuccino machine is not operable for one excuse or another. I've heard we don't have ice, the machine is down for cleaning, the machine is broke, no one knows how to use that machine, Etc.

Read moreThe customer service that I received from the manager was absolutely disgusting to me. I ordered a coffee with extra cream, and extra sugar. The girl who checked me out was fine. She was great. The manager kept her back turned to all of the customers, having a personal conversation with a short order cook employee who was facing me. I got the cooks attention and asked her to get the supervisors attention. She literally just looked at me, said nothing and went back to her conversation. So, I ended up waiting two minutes to see if they would do the right thing and provide the services that I had payed for and needed. ALL I needed was a few creamers and some sugar. So, I finally said, "Excuse me?" She turns around, FULL of attitude as if "I" was the one wrong and was completely rude while I was completely polite. I said I hope your holiday was good!", and she rudely said nothing, not even a simple thank you, turned around and went RIGHT back to NOT working. If anyone knows how to report this situation...
Read morePretty sure it was the manager who was so kind & helpful to me. I would NEVER have stopped there had I not been forced to to get off the toll b/c they no longer take your info so you can pay online if you don't have dirty notes to hand over 😒. (Anywho I digress.) I ordered steak egg and cheese bagel combo. It kind of sucked. There was more gristle and fat than actual edible meat. . . however the hash brown was fried perfectly. Regardless, I was surprised at how clean the restaurant was both inside and out. That manager had her team working hard & it was obvious she was on top of the small details too. This store has the whole premiere, kind of "new system" for ordering and picking up your food; that was kind of cool and like I said the manager was really really nice & helped me find my way out of that derelict city of Camden. Though I hope NEVER to have to return, if I found myself lost in Camden again, I would definitely go there over any other...
