Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Camp Hill

Went in here to pick up a Doordash, got handed the order. Noticed that the order had a Mexican coke with it, so I asked if it was in the bag, the bag was sealed shut so I couldn’t see what was inside it. Was told they were out Mexican coke, I politely said okay, well you should tell me that instead of making me double check. Got a sprite bottle instead. While I was walking out the door, I heard a lady asking the cashier why she didn’t get the bag of chips with her order, and her the cashier said that they were out and that she could request a refund on their website. I notice the order I had, also had two bags of chips. At this point, I ripped open the seal to check if the chips were in there, and they weren’t. I went up to the cashier and said hey I’m also missing chips, and was told to tell the customer to contact Doordash for a refund. I politely explained to the cashier that she had handed me a bag that didn’t contain a coke or two bags of chips, and didn’t let me know that they were missing. I explained that it was really unprofessional to not tell me that there were missing items. When I deliver orders and there are missing items I get in trouble for that. Basically, chipotle handed me a bag of food said everything was in there, and after I checked I was missing three items. They didn’t let me know, and if I wasn’t smart and double checked the order, I would’ve had a customer mad at me, and Doordash putting sanctions on my account. I don’t understand how you can be working at a restaurant and when you’re out of an item, instead of telling whoever’s picking up the order, just to hand them the food and say everything’s in there. Incredibly disappointing experience at this location, yet again. Place is pretty dirty and seems to be poorly managed. Our order was placed on the Chipotle official website, not a third party site where you might expect some hiccups. When we went in to pick it up the staff knowingly tried to send us away without our whole order. It was noticeably missing the orders of chips and when we asked why the extra bags of chips we had ordered weren't in the order they simply said "we ran out". There was no shame in the fact that if we hadn't asked they would have been fine with keeping the money and not even telling us so that we could discoverer it once we got home. We asked for a partial refund for the products they didn't provide and they refused and told us to take it up with the corporate office. We then tried to compromise and asked for extra sauce so they gave us a half filled thing of cheese sauce; even if full it was not equal value on the menu for what they left out.

Getting home we discovered the extra tortillas we had ordered were also not in the order, and the two meals with "double meat" couldn't have had less meat in them unless we had ordered a vegan option, mostly just filler items despite the upcharge we paid on both meals. The exorbitantly priced guacamole container was also only partially filled. If you are going to charge that much at least fill it.

I would have given 0 stars if it was an option. 1,000 percent I hope someone puts some attention to this location - the way that the employees are working here is absolutely nightmarish. Today I arrived 20 minutes late for my pick up. Sign on door said mobile order only, no big deal since I placed it online. I walk in and the place is FULL of people waiting. Why would you ever allow people to place mobile orders when you were this backed up. One guy was cleaning, the other was preparing food alone in the back? No food at the counter. Truly I walked in and thought the place was closed. I felt honestly so bad for that one employee trying to get all those orders done. I asked if I could cancel, he said online only so I just walked out along with like 4 or 5 others after waiting 15 more minutes. I am now reading reviews and I am so shocked by what I see, apparently this has been a known thing. How no one has noticed is beyond me. What a shame, I love chipotle but truly will never go back to this location. It even looked dirty - I have no idea the condition of the food that I can’t see in the back but by the looks of the front, it is not a safe place to eat. Hope the health inspector shows up here to stop the corporate greed. Shut this place down until you can run...
