As far as the dine-in experience, it's fine; it's just another Panera. But DO NOT order from this location for pick up or delivery if you have a time constraint or window. When ordering for guest faculty lunches at our school I have been left embarrassed several times when the promised delivery time comes and goes...and goes...and goes. Lunch time ends and no food for our guests, and no communication. Other reviewers are right, you cannot get through on the phone here. If you do, the explanation is "delivery is right outside your door"--yet still no food for much longer and the online notification system shows food not even out for delivery. I have tried to eliminate this by doing do pick ups to no avail. 50 MINUTES overdue, standing with tens of furious working customers who just watched their lunch time disappear with no possibility of refund or getting their food because they had paid for pickup. This also means I don't get lunch after caring for others, and my employer's time is being wasted. These problems were the same before the COVID-19 pandemic, it's not attributable to "higher volume". It's very 50-50 on service and now I hate it when a group wants Panera. It's not hard in business analytics to know how much volume Panera can fulfill during certain times. If they exceed it, they should not accept orders or promise delivery times far beyond their capacity. No more...
Read moreThe service from this place is appalling! I frequently dine at other Panera locations and I have never experienced such inconsiderate service from a disrespectful staff. I got my food an hour after I ordered. What happened was, after waiting for my food to be brought out to me, like they push to do, for 15 min, while my group who ordered after me had gotten theirs, I went in to check on it. When I got to the pick up spot, I was met with hostility by the staff cutting me off, not letting me get a word in, and repeatedly saying "we'll bring your food out!" Since I couldn't communicate with a brick wall, I decided to go back to my seat. After waiting another 30 min, I decided to find a manager. Now you would think that a manager would own the problem and fix it, but instead I was met with more hostility and denial of any wrong doing. She even avoided me when she saw me looking for her. So obviously, she knew about this issue. In the end, I DID get my meal along with a refund after requesting it due to this unacceptable behavior from staff and leadership. The only saving Grace was Stella, who was such a pleasure at...
Read moreSeriously disappointed. I’ve always loved Panera and I was excited when my work offered to order it for us. There was 7 of us so we knew it would be a little while, but when we placed our order at 11:45 am we were told it would be 12:54 pm til our food was ready. We sent someone to get our food after waiting an hour and it took an additional hour from the time they arrived to get our food. So over 2 hours from the time we ordered until we got our food. On top of that when our food arrived, none of the sandwiches where labeled so we could not distribute the food without opening it. I have an allergy to wheat so I had ordered a salad with no crispy onions and they were mixed all throughout my salad making it inedible for me. I had asked for fruit instead of bread and it was the smallest 1/2 cup portion for $2 more. As an apology for the wait they gave us a few cookies…which I also can’t eat. So after waiting for over 2 hours I get to have some cold soup and a sad fruit cup. I won’t be visiting here again...
