I was having a diabetic hypo (sugar low) my wife went to all the other restaurants in the exchange food court none of them would help my wife. She went to panda express last and told the manager my husband is diabetic . he gave her a bottle of orange juice. And told her to give it to me. His shop had not opened yet but he still gave her the juice. Where the other food places told her no we r not open. When i recovered i went to panda ex to eat food and stablise my sugar. The Panda Express at Joint Base Andrews usually does a great job of serving a huge number of customers at peak lunchtime hours. Their staff is efficient and courteous. That is why mistakes stand out and employees who make them leave a bad impression. Yesterday they did not have any Teriyaki Chicken. In a small counter operation with only a handful of entrees, this is disappointing. The alternative Broccoli and Beef was more broccoli than Beef so that was not good. Came in this afternoon for lunch. They had dirty display bowls with leftover food still stuck on them and they look like they have been sitting out there for well over an hour.
