Arby's — Restaurant in Campbellsville

They make good food. But in the last two weeks I have been their before their posted 12am close time and they have closed early before their posted close time. I don't mind if you want to close before 12 am, but be honest about you posted closed times on listed on the acutal business. Not online but the actual building itslef. I work at a customer oriented business and I cannot recommend you to my customers if you do not follow your own rules. Again this is not the first time this has happened but it has happened enough for me to post about it. Several other business stay open until their posted closed times, so you should as well

Monday evening we drove thru drive thru to a very rude woman on the headset who can't hear obviously ordered a gyro light sauce chicken was rubbery and got way to much sauce roast beef was cold and mozzarella sticks were over cooked and hard as rocks asked for ranch and horsey sauce we got both but 3 containers of ranch for 4 mozzarella sticks is excessive I got 9 horsey sauce also excessive we were also given 3 marinara did not order and 10 Arby's sauce we didn't want the woman in drive thru is going to put you out of business also we ordered a classic roast beef and cheddar and the bun was inedible because it was...

Pretty sad Honestly what 6 bucks for A bun funny How We the People get robbed what in front our eyes but if You went in they and took something it’s against the law .
