They changed their business practices and blamed it on Covid. I ordered a dozen donuts through the drive thru. I was told that I couldn't choose the types I wanted. When I asked why I was told that the dozen picked during the drive thru are randomly selected. I then asked for a large black ice coffee with less ice and was told that all cups must be filled with the same amount of ice. They have to fill to the line on the cup. I tried to tell them that due to them making every ice coffee now as strong as an Americano ( this location only). I didn't want it that strong. I just want the traditional regular ice coffee with less ice. I was then told I could purchase a cup of ice and add more to the cup. How does that make any business sense? I cant get less ice but they want me to buy a cup of ice to make my own less strong ice coffee? I also needed to buy a hot coffee with 10 cream and 10 sugar. Apparently, thats ok. The owners of this location make their own rules and dismiss the general guidelines of every other Dunkins Ive ever visited across many states. Their business model is absurd and makes the whole chain look horrible. Campbellsville Kentucky location is the only one in the area. You'd be smarter to get your donut and coffee fix at the local 5-Star or Marathon...
Read moreMy son and I went to Dunkin' donuts on Monday in Campbellsville Kentucky. My son's in my coffee was not full my son politely asked a girl if she could please top off the coffees being at the prices are so high which they are. The girl became upset but took the cup and did not say nothing a second girl chimed in after the fact with our coffee and started getting smart mouth and lippy with us. My son explained for the price of the coffee we should get a full cup of coffee that late we have been getting shorted on the coffee and getting nothing but ice. The girl rolled her eyes and walked away. I then tracked down the owner of the Dunkin' donuts working at his vape store next door and made a formal complaint with him. My son goes to Dunkin donuts here a lot and he is tired of being shorted on his coffee with the high prices of the coffee and now he gets attitude. We need more Dunkin' donuts in the area. The only one we have is in Campbellsville Kentucky there are none in Edmonton none in Greensburg none in Glasgow so we drive 45 minutes if we want coffee. Myself I prefer to go to McDonald's the coffee actually taste better and is cheaper and get more...
Read moreReally good customer service I haven't been to a Dunkin' Doughnuts in quite sometime until I relocated. My wife and I had went to McDonald's and ordered a Frappe then went over to Dunkin' Doughnuts to grab some Doughnuts, I am guessing he is the owner of this store or a manager nonetheless he saw we were drinking our Frappe and mentioned that they have Frappes. And he named off the flavors as well as the prices, and said that you can even tasted the coffee. So we ordered Frappes from here as well I must admit they are far better tasting than that of Mcdonald's so long as you don't mind the strong coffee taste. I would rate 5 stars if they had the old boxes for a dozen Doughnuts again to me it is more convenient to carry and store at home, lastly more filling in the Doughnuts; I have found memories as a kid eating Doughnuts and when taking a bite from the Doughnuts the filling would come out it's mostly dough now and to me that hurts...
