I am appalled by the disgraceful level of service and complete lack of professionalism I experienced at your Domino’s location at 44350 Cherry Hill Rd, Canton Township, MI 48187.
The situation started when the previous manager told me she couldn’t complete my order, then proceeded to walk away crying—leaving the front completely unattended. Shortly after, a different manager, Hailey F., came out and informed me I’d have to wait another 20 minutes for my order. When I asked if anything would be done to address the delay, she refused to offer any compensation or support—completely ignoring Domino’s own 30-minute service policy.
What’s worse, when I reminded her that the delay was clearly a management issue and not the customer’s fault, Hailey F. responded with shocking arrogance and hostility, saying, “I’ll just cancel your order.” This wasn’t just unhelpful—it was blatantly dismissive, disrespectful, and showed zero interest in solving the issue.
Adding insult to injury, when I asked for contact information for a higher-level manager, she flat-out refused to provide it, clearly trying to avoid accountability for the store’s failures. This is unacceptable behavior from someone in a management role.
This entire experience was a complete failure of customer service and a clear example of negligent, unqualified management. The fact that a manager would rather cancel an order than take responsibility or even attempt to assist a customer is both disturbing and unprofessional. I wasn't mad, but I wanted to either get my card refunded or get a credit for next time. The guy I talked to said his name was Ryan and that he was a manager. He instantly got an attitude with me and said, "What do you want me to do about it?", kept telling me it was my fault that I didn't tell my daughter there were pops, so it's not their fault that she didn't get them and they shouldn't refund me. I kept saying that I wasn't blaming anyone, I just wanted to either be able to get what I paid for or get a refund and he kept telling me that it was my fault so they shouldn't have to refund me or give me credit. I told him that this is the worst customer service I have had and he said, "well, you aren't the first one, I've had about 8 other people call and complain to me tonight". He hung up on me when I asked his name. I called back immediately and the phone rang for a long time before he finally answered and said (without a "hello" or any other greeting), "Look, I'll give you a credit for next time if you want" and I said that I didn't want one because I was never coming back and asked again what his name was and he hung up on me again. I placed an order online with the Canton store at 5:30 pm for an 8pm delivery. I received a notification that Ashley had done a quality check at 7:45 and expected my delivery to come soon. Well Ashley must have done an awful job, as 8:30 rolled around and I still did not have my delivery. I tried calling the store multiple times to get a status check and the employees would not even pick up the phone. I had to call the Northville store to see if I could get a general customer # that I could call. They let me know that they would try to get someone from the Canton store on the phone and if they did that they would make sure that I would get my order soon and it would be hot and fresh. I received a call from someone at the store at 8:50 letting me know that they had gotten busy and while my order would be free tonight, it would take them another 20 to 30 minutes. While I appreciated the free food, I would have rather my food was hot as when we got our wings they were lukewarm at best(almost like they'd been sitting there since that 7:45 quality check).
