Normally, I have an enjoyable experience; however today after I called in our order that I was picking up, I was told a specific time. I awaited that time and when I arrived to pick up our order my family and I continued to wait in our vehicle for someone to bring our order out to us. Also, when placing our order I was advised when we arrive to call them back if they don't bring out the order. So, after waiting I called Jet's, and informed the employee I was outside waiting, he responded by saying I'm going to let you speak with my Manager. The Manager got on the phone and informed me "I don't know what happened, because our oven was working, but your order just came out and it was not cooked. " He then said "I just put in a different oven and unfortunately it will be another 10 minutes." I understand the oven's malfunction eas out of their control, but it definitely was of No Fault of Jet's Customer (My family and I)!! Read moreI went to Jet's because my family wanted a treat and we had purchased a coupon book as a school fundraiser. I called place my order and got the jet bot. I was impressed by how intuitive it was but it did not quite get the whole order right. When I arrived, the free bread that I had asked for wasn't part of the order. That was from the coupon book and the whole reason we had gone there that day.
The manager explained to me that I should just order the bread and then show the coupon when I walked in and he would give it to me for free and told me he would get it in the oven right away. Read moreThis location USED to be, awesome! Then it was hit or miss, now, it’s awful. They messed up our order AGAIN, so I called them asap. Prior I let a mistakes go. They are human, I get it. But it just kept getting worse. Then when I called today, no apology, no “hey, sorry we messed up”, nothing. Not even a credit for a redo. I already called corporate, and I will be filing charges if I get any sicker then I am currently. That pizza was not only incorrect, but it clearly wasn’t cooked properly.
