Subway — Restaurant in Canton Township

This is the second time I go there is an aggressive mean employee named KRIS . So if I can give her negative - 5 Stars then I would. There was a guy there before who was very nice & Shannon was mostly good. Kris didn't hear me right & thought I wanted a cold cut on my sandwich but me & my mom told her no we want Tuna & we were patient & kind. she didn't even ask us. she had a nasty attitude when we told her & she threw the sandwich away. Shannon started to make our 3 sandwiches & kris told Shannon in a smart way Something like BECAREFUL they might tell u your doing it WRONG again with her deep voice. Then my mom told kris u we didn't ask for the wrong thin & kris said ok ma'am trying to act like she is professional. We thought she was being rude & hostile but then maybe she was going to stop. After We paid for our food with Shannon & walked away KRIS had the nerve to make this sound.. WOOOHOOO !!! Loudly like she was relieved we were gone & we were thinking like omg that was done on purpose & she was acting disgusting cuz she was mad that she didn't hear us & that's her fault not ours cuz she NEVER even asked us wat we wanted on our sandwich. She looks pretty like in her 20s , & very not feminine.. like a dude personality. The place is pretty good until she got hired & I hope she gets fired soon cuz I feel very unsafe & uncomfortable .. she ruined my meal after I paid for it & her soul is hideous. What goes around...

This subway closed at least 20 minutes early after i called to double check the closing time. I waited in a long return line for about 30 minutes at Walmart. Finally got to subway at 9:40. They said they closed early because they were low on meat. Which i knew was a lie because i just called at 830 and they never mentioned it. I just thought whomever owns this restaurant would like to know they close early and lose business for them. I actually shop there alot and thought they closed at 9 because it always looks closed that late. This really complicated my evening. I had a return to do and i needed to grab my daughter food before i picked her up from band camp. Luckily the subway down the road was understanding when i walked in 5 minutes before closing. The owner of this establishment is disrespectful and rude. He has a sign posted for 5.99 footlongs, and we didn’t realize it was only for two types of subs. When we went to check out, the total was 20.00. When asked why, he was SHOCKED that we thought our subs were 5.99. The kicker is, we asked his wife if any type of sub was applicable to the deal and she said yes. We told him this, and after going back and forth for a few minutes, he had the audacity to say “we’re not talking about my wife. I’m asking you why you didn’t read the sign.” I have never an awful customer service experience. It’s not even the fact that his wife gave us incorrect information or we were expected to pay more than we thought, it was simply his attitude and clear...
