The experience that I had I had a group of 12 celebrating my daughter's 15-year birthday she was there with her friends are brothers and sisters along with myself and her mother the experience was that we spent a lot of money using the wristbands with the events of riding the go-karts and also playing putt-putt golf I just recognized at the end it was about 10 minutes before 12 we were getting ready to leave going to our cars and it was one of the workers there are white worker following us around even before we was finished with playing Putt-Putt golf which was the last event we did I personally spoke to both of them both the white men never spoke back my daughter's told me there was in their group of six said that they were following them around also who was playing in her group before us so as we were about to leave we were trying to decide the carpool because some of the kids needed to be back home and some other kids were still coming to my home to finish celebrating my daughter's birthday by singing happy birthday and cutting the cake with ice cream and one of the workers there followed us all the way to the sidewalk and told us to leave very rudely and I said excuse me that's not how you talk to your customers and I asked him what time is it he never said nothing just kept saying to rudely leave leave now and I asked my wife what time is it in my wife told me it was 5 minutes before 12 so that means he done followed us for about 5 minutes already I asked him what was his name because I told him he don't know who I am and I can make a lot of attention to this place of business because I know people that can get him for being so rudely cuz he's not professional at his job he kept responding with more rude comments to leave he don't care Etc so I told them I'm not going to leave until it's 12 so I stood by my door and waited until 12 midnight because according to their policy time that's the time that they close I know this is my word against his and I should have had my wife who is very embarrassed should have recorded the whole incident but we have been faithful supporters of this establishment for many years it's been the family tradition to celebrate all our birthdays which is during the summer time and we've have been here late past 12 before and have never seen this particular men to white man before they both was very rude and not even replying when you speak and also even more rude to tell us to leave we were doing nothing wrong nothing against their policies to be treated with such rude and indignant tendencies and rants I will be looking into this further just letting off some steam to let you know the rating of this place for us having fun we still enjoyed but the bad experience at the end from the two rude workers made our experienced terrible and...

Went go kart racing with my wife and the staff there was a bunch of teens who could care less. We got the wristband for 3laps. Me and my wife select cars and she asks for help getting buckled because the equipment is so old & outdated even the seatbelts don’t reach. One of the kids says “take your arms out of the safety brace and you’ll be fine. Should’ve left then. They give us the green light- her car stutters out of the line & can’t make it up the first hill. She has to let it roll back down in reverse and putt back up. No staff notices this whole time. I’ve managed to complete a whole lap by now. She finally completes her first lap and the car just stalls on the track. All the staff so into their phones they don’t even see until I get the attention of the kid actually on the track and he radios for help. By this time my wife has sat for 5 minutes getting buzzed by the other drivers. She starts to stand up to get their attention and some dude on the staff runs up yelling curse words to stay in her car until I pull up and ask what did he say and he changes his tone. By this time the race has ended and she barely got one lap after having to pay 40 bucks for us to drive 3 laps each. They top their great service off by saying “no refunds on wristbands” and state “we said you can’t stand up in our safety speech so you can’t get your money back”. Mind you we drove from Ann Arbor to do something different and definitely got something we weren’t expecting. The equipment alone was enough to never go back but the added piss poor treatment by the distracted “trained professionals “ made sure we never spend a dollar there again. We are contacting multiple locations with our complaint and making sure we get refunded our money. Lie we told them, it’s not about the money; it’s the experience & we are not paying for an experience that is horribly less than what it...
