This is a long overdue review. I have gone here nearly every day for years. Waiting in their slower than sloth drive thru, staring daily at the trash-filled drive that is never cleaned, but never complaining because I want my daily tea. Today, I pull up to the speaker and am not acknowledged. No usual "we will be with you in a moment" while they wait on one other car ahead of me, just silence. So, is their speaker broken...again...? Are they closed due to staffing?? Not seeing any cars in front of me, I think maybe they are closed, so after a couple minutes, I pull around. There are indeed 2 cars ahead of me. So the usual wait in the slowest drive thru in Fulton County begins. After about 10 minutes, I get to the window. I explain that I hadn't ordered because I wasn't acknowledged and didn't know what was going on only to be told I have to drive back around. They can't take my order at the window. No way! The boy shrugged as if to say too bad. Can't take the order because all the people behind me have since ordered (which is 1 other car), so if I want to order I have to go back around. And the girl tells me if they didn't say anything on the speaker it is because they are busy inside. Too busy for the usual "we will be with you in a minute" acknowledgement today apparently. So, I have been wanting to write this review for years and today is the day. The staff in this establishment is the worst in fast food in Canton. They sometimes sound barely awake (or stoned) on the intercom and have no sense or either urgency when busy or friendliness when serving their customers. Management is gossipy with staff favorites about other crew members (had a relative work here for a short time, so I know this) and forced her best, most loyal, customer focused worker, (not the relative I mentioned) who kept things on the ball out a couple years ago. The place is dirty outside and in. I have spent years trying to figure out who owns this store so I could determine if they are aware of how bad it is (or if they care). Today I will write corporate. There are many Google reviews on this store similar to mine. Also many that are higher but only star rated with no comments, which is curious in itself. If you didn't sometimes have a broken speaker or hadn't been closed in the past due to staffing, I wouldn't have driven around after waiting for acknowledgement for 2 minutes and I would have continued to keep my long standing opinions to myself. Read moreSo, I was traveling and decided to have a cappuccino from Dunkin. I generally don't drink cappuccino from anywhere else, unless there is no Dunkin nearby. This Dunkin was the closest with 20 extra minutes of driving. I decided to go for it. Went in drive thru. Ordered medium cappuccino with 4 sugars, as I always do in any other Dunkin. I've been to more than 100 Dunkins across the country. But this was the priciest cappuccino I ever had in Dunkin, $4.01. Got the cappuccino and left the drive-thru. After 10 minutes of driving, decided to take a sip. It was awful. The worst cappuccino (?) I ever had from Dunkin. I pulled over and opened the cup to see what's in there. It was never the Dunkin cappuccino. This liquid was very pale, missing the characteristic taste, colour and smell of cappuccino. I was already having a very bad day. So I decided to drive back 10 more minutes to change my cappuccino. There was a guy at the drive thru counter. I handed over my receipt and the so called cappuccino and asked for the lady. I asked to the lady what did I ask and what did she made. She insisted it was cappuccino and tried saying how it was made. Never had a Dunkin cappuccino this awful. If they cannot have uniform standard as any other Dunkin in the country, they shouldn't name this store as Dunkin. Since I was already having a bad day I just got a refund and left. Wasted 30 minutes and made my day even worse. They need to go to other Dunkin to taste the actual cappuccino.

Read moreExcellent service when they first opened. Has gone dowhill fast. I was in yesterday on December 18th 2017, at 2:30 PM. Had barely anything in the donut and muffin cases. Same thing happened day before Thanksgiving. Told me don't sell muffins. I bought them here before. There were 2 muffins in the case. Was told they weren't muffins. He said if they had the cases full at this time of day and came in they would have to throw them in the garbage. Why not take to the homeless shelter or donate to a nursing facility. I am not getting up 4:30 in the morning. I am disabled. I wanted coffee cake muffins and I said apple cinnamon and he said we have never had muffins. I did get a coffee roll and 2 jelly filled donuts and 2 long johns and 1 donut. I may not be back as all he wanted to do was literally call me a liar. Someone told me this store wouldn't be open long. They may be right. Hy-Vee has better donuts so I will be going there instead. They have wonderful muffins.
