East of Chicago Pizza Canton — Restaurant in Canton

I called a few weeks ago, paid for a pizza. They gave me the wrong one. Im allergic to pepperoni and couldnt eat it. Called and ask them for a new one bc i wasnt driving back out (mind you they are only a few blocks away) and they said no, bc it was wasting the drivers gas and this wasnt his fault. ....not to mention this wasnt my fault and youre wasting my money...but fine. They put a credit on my account. Thank you. Call again today, same pizza, paid the driver for the difference of the soda even though he said no charge. Once again, pizza is wrong. Still pepperoni, still allergic. Call again, explained calmly they did it again, they agree to bring me a new pizza. Pizza arrives, the MANAGER MAKES THE DRIVER LOOK AT THE OLD PIZZA TO VERIFY IM NOT LYING. Do you understand how insulting that is? I am a paying customer. I chose to give you my business, repeatedly for that matter. This is your mistake. Again for that matter. I call again, he says oh, yes i wanted to be sure, but its my fault i hit the wrong button.

I can appreciate mistakes. BUT DONT INSULT YOUR CUSTOMERS BEFORE CHECKING YOUR WORK. I said even if you hit the right button and it was still made wrong, that does not make it my fault. Theyve lost my business. Not for their errors with the pizza. But for their total lack of integrity and...

I usually love them, but this last time I ordered half tower and half pepperoni. I order the same thing all the time. When I got the pizza home it had cheese on half and black olives and sausage one half. So when I call to let them know it was made wrong, the guy on the phone proceeds to argue with me about why it was made wrong. I dont work at east of Chicago but I learned how to read what I ordered. He said it dont mention pepperoni at all, well if the pizza automatically comes with pepperoni and I didnt take them off why would it mention them?? I took half the ingredients off the other side which is why they are mentioned!!!. I've worked in customer service for a while and the guy in the phone should have just asked me to bring the pizza back and offered to make a new one!!! So when I ask him how we are going to fix it, he tells me he can MAYBE give me a discount next time I order.....but didnt offer to fix this problem...I...

This location is in an absolute joke I called to get a delivery you find out they don't deliver to my area when I I asked to talk to a manager to see why he was extremely rude and because I was in a horrible neighborhood and that there is no food places that would ever deliver to me where I live and then proceeded to hang up on me mid sentence when I was thinking about ordering carryout the manager at this location has no business having his job and should be fired immediately I don't think I have ever felt so discriminated against my neighborhood is a very quiet neighborhood up and coming but yet you have individuals like this who just automatically assume that it's a bad area and should be rude with somebody for asking a question is unacceptable..... Good thing all places aren't like this THANKS PIZZA OVEN !!!!!!! the food was great at least THEY DON'T discriminate and disrespect somebody they don't even...
