I placed an online order. Get there to pick it up about 5 minutes before it was suppose to be ready. I waited for around another 5 minutes to be noticed by staff. When I told them my order they told me I couldn’t use my credit card but they would have more paper in about 5 minutes. I said I would wait. I continually checked on how much longer it would be in 3-5 minute intervals after waiting the requested 5 minutes. I was told “just a few more minutes” each time. There were several orders placed by phone and they never told their customers that they could not take cards until they came in to pay. The finally started telling customers to go to an atm and pull out money. As they were not compensating for atm or bank fees, I told them I would wait. Their “someone will be here with paper any minute” continued for over 45 minutes. My food was not kept warm and I should’ve just cancelled my order but did not want all the food to go to waste. When I got home, my order wasn’t even right. For spending over $40 and waiting almost an hour for my food, I expected better. I at the very least expected to have the proper meals I had ordered. With 5 staff working, I also expect friendlier and faster service. I have ordered here several times and as time goes on the service and food continue to fall below standards. I’m sorry but this was absolutely tasteless…. We looking forward to try due to some of the reviews but I definitely would not eat here again …. One …. They have a bunch of Mexicans cooking their food and the flavor are so not there ….Nothing against who is preparing it but there are techniques and certain seasonings that aren’t being used which really throws off everything… I got the double cooked pork XX. spicy which had no heat and on top of it, it tasted like lightly flavored water …. Szechuan chicken …. The white rice tasted better than the chicken itself…. Then a simple easy beef lo mein tasted like old seafood….. In my opinion…. Don’t waste your money …. Nothing...

I'll give 2 stars to try not to be to harsh. Ive been here a few times. And it seems every time i go it gets worse and worse. Who ever answers the phones is as rude as can be. And when I had went in to pick up my food i had to stand at the counter for 10 mins just for the lady to finish her food and stare at me as i had waited. The food the last time i had orders from there honestly had to be a joke. The rice wasnt cooked all the way. The sesame and sweet and sour chicken was just drowned in sauce and there was little to no chicken in the breading. If you feel lucky and aren't afraid to take a gamble then try them out, but if you want really good food i suggest...
