We ordered two grilled chicken quesadillas and two plates of grilled vegetables and we specified broccoli cauliflower and carrots. She came with her order We only had one grilled chicken quesadilla and one plate of vegetables that had peppers an,,squash, broccoli and cauliflower on it and no carrots. We told her that it was wrong and that we would eat that one but we wanted an additional plate of just broccoli cauliflower and carrots like what's in the Polio Maya. She looked at the menu and said this is what you want and we said yes. She brought The second quesadilla and the vegetables which had the broccol,i cauliflower, carrots but had also had squash and onions as well. They asked if there was anything else we wanted and we said we'd like to have a piece of a lava cake so the guy went back and checked. Our regular waitress came back and was gonna give us the bill but we told her we were getting a piece of lava cake and she said we haven't had that in a long time. (Even though there's a picture of it on their napkin holder on each table). It came out and it was dry and tasted stale. We got our bill and it was $66. They charged us $12.99 for each plate of just vegetables. That's what it would have cost if we would have gotten a whole meal not just a side of vegetables. Read moreWorst experience I have had at this franchise ever. From start to end, this is an exemplary case of what not to do when in a customer service business. Call in the order and the not only is order taker rude, but acts like reading it back is a complete problem and just hangs up after giving an order number. No price. No idea of when it might be ready. The signs say to go around to the back for pick up. It a problem. Things are different since covid. However, waiting for over ten minutes with no one even coming by to see what you need is a problem. Finally go inside to pick up and again completely ignored. Have to wave someone down. Then the man, who I can only assume to be the manager, come over and says you have to go to the truck out back. That’s what I did. Not one apology for being ignored. Finally receive order and it’s wrong. When I go in to make sure the order that I am picking up for others is correct, it’s like a wall of attitude and calling the customer a liar that they never ordered it. See, this is why you confirm orders and the order taker did. But, instead of any semblance of an apology, it’s a “this is x amount more”. Really? I think I’ll continue to patronize the Akron location where they actually give a damn about customers and have never had any bad experience. Read moreOk my husband and I are regular Customers at El Rincon’s In North Canton I was in the area so I thought I would stop at This one on Tusc upon walking in, I went straight to the bar because I only wanted one margarita and a à la carte tostada mind you the whole time I walked in I was stared down. I wasn’t sure if I had a booger on my nose or something was on my face because of the staring, lol so I proceeded and sat down tryd to place my order and the manager owner told me that because of it being dinner time I could not order à la cart I explained to him, but it’s on your menu and he still said no so I asked him could I at least get a margarita he did make that I must say it was good the whole time I was drinking the margarita his wife or owner worker I’m not sure. She stood right by my arm and stared at me the whole entire time I was drinking the margarita I eventually asked, can I please have some salsa and chips she gave me that I paid immediately finished and left. I went down the street to Don tequila’s. They had no Problem giving me à la cart from the menu I paid and left.
