Horrible experience! I dropped my computer off on a Saturday and I was told by Sam that it would be done by 7 that day but he would call me for sure and let me know to pick it up. Never heard from Sam Saturday. I thought that maybe he ran into a problem and forgot to update me. I didnt hear from him Sunday so I thought maybe he didnt work on Sundays. By Monday afternoon still no word so i messaged him. He said my laptop was almost done and I could pick it up at 7 but just to text him when I was on my way. I text him and showed up to pick up my laptop only to be yelled at by his mom that he wasnt home and to go away. Tried calling and messaging him with no answer. He finally returned my call and said I could pick up at 9:15. I sent my husband to pick it up and when my husband got home i seen that he had given my husband someone else's much crappier laptop. I called Sam and he apologized and said he would bring my laptop to my home and he would be leaving in about 15 minutes and I only live 5 minutes away. An hour later I went to bed and my husband stayed up waiting. Sam never came because apparently he hadn't fixed my laptop yet. All day Tuesday we tried to get ahold of Sam with no response. Finally my husband just went to Sam's house and got my laptop back. It smells horribly of cigarette smoke and we are non smokers. This "business" is an absolute Joke, and a bad one at that. I ordered 12 laptops from their website, received only an invoice via email indicating that they processed the payment. Two weeks go by with no notification whatsoever, I tried calling, emailing, texting, zero response. I finally get a notification that they shipped...but NO they didn't, when you look at the details the USPS said they were waiting for the product. I had students here waiting for laptops for remote learning, very disappointing. I cancelled the order and reordered today from a reputable company, they have already shipped. Horrible customer service!!! I have tried every way possible to get ahold of someone, and no response, ever!! Ordered something over 3 weeks ago...no updates on when it will ship, how long etc. I just want my money back at this point. So...
