Unlike Mr. Hero down the street, this one is truly a "HOLE in the wall" establishment, but with not much love behind it. It is what one would call a very functional take-out order kitchen...not much else. I gave the review a three star, because the food was very good. The customer service is not what I would call sincere. I told them that it was my first time being there. I asked one of the co-owners how long they had been there. He seemed genuinely proud to claim that they had been there 20 years. I would have given a 4 or 5 star, but he almost ordered me to go sit down, and repeated it several times as if I was irritating him standing there while I observed the kitchen and him talking in Chinese in a very serious manor to another co-worker. I sensed that he was stressed. He had gone to the back, and his co-worker took my payment. When he came back forward, he was trying to make sense of the receipts and asked if I had paid. I said that I had , and pointed to the one I signed in the group of receipts in his hands. He then asked that I show him my credit card so that he could match the last four digits to the receipt. I gladly did as he asked. While we were waiting for our food, I looked at the decor and it was like being in a kid's messy room...definitely not meant for customers to feel welcome...just a functional order-from-your-home place. I read a review that a delivery took 2 hours, and it was delivered cold. Mistakes happen. But what really disappointed me to further read is that the customer tried calling repeatedly and got hung up on. This certainly agrees with my gut feeling about the lack of sincerely caring about their customers. You can act like you care, but the sincerity is important. Their food was hot and delicious. They just need to put more care into ALL of their customers. I am one to change my rating. I do intend to order from them again. I will be re-visiting their establishment, and hope that the next time will be a...

On my way back from Akron, I stopped through Canton to get chinese food from here. Ordered Sweet and Sour Chicken with hot oil and then drove back to Massillon, which took about 11 minutes.
I get home and they forgot my sweet and sour sauce so I call back and told them. I drive the food back to the restaurant and I have them make it over again, because let's face it it's going to be cold by the time I get back home and eat it. The lady seems to have an attitude about it and as shes finishing my order, I ask for replacement hot oil because I dumped majority of it on the first order of chicken.
Now she's got a real attitude and tries to charge me $.50 for a replacement hot oil after in total, having to wait for my food for an hour. I dont think its asking to much to have my order fulfilled in whole and then the skinner guy there asks me what's wrong and explain. He's telling me there nothing wrong with it and they refuse to replacement. The lady at the counter is super hot not and she cussing talking about to tell her shit about her job. They wont replacement and they we got in shouting match because now, this being so disrespectful and poor business practices. I tell them I had to drive 35 minutes in total get my food right and the guy say, we dont care, find another chinese food place to eat at.

Read moreWent to pick up a Uber eats order, sat for 30 mins. Went up to ask how much longer and no one was there to ask. So a man walks in and goes behind the counter to grab a cigarette. I ask him if he could by chance tell me how much longer.. he flips out. Starts screaming at me that he doesn’t work there. (Then why are you behind the counter?) proceeds to curse at me at the top of his lungs. I’m talking IRATE. For no reason. The lady come back out and I ask her why this man is screaming and cussing me out? She says he don’t work here I can’t tell him what to do. I said to her, “he’s behind the counter of your business screaming and cussing at your customers, you absolutely can tell him what to do.” She says something to him in their language he goes outside and continues to yell about me asking him a question. I will no longer be pickin up...
