Came in to pick up a doordash. There where a few customers ahead of me. I stood there for what was probably 15 to 20 minutes. The lady exclaimed she knew what everyone was waiting for, mind you I was standing by the door dash and grubhub pickup signage, not by the cash register. They finally got most of the people out and the lady asked me what I was waiting for. When I told her I was waiting for a doordash order, that I assumed wasn't completed yet, because they where all over the place with food and she grabbed the bag to open it up minutes prior. She then said I SHOULD HAVE SPOKEN UP......... is YOUR job not to greet the people that walk into your establishment?? I must be confused because I swear every other place of business I walk into, I get greeted and asked my business there. Great "hole in the wall" establishment. I say this with love. I absolutely love places like this, especially when the owner is behind the register with a smile and great enthusiasm. But what care he put into the place! Very professional and customer service oriented. I felt welcome and eager to pay him for the food I ordered. I found out that he installed EVERYTHING.
