Harmon's Pub — Restaurant in Canton

This is my favorite spot to go for a nice casual dinner. Shame on me for leaving a review only after a bad experience, but the RED HAIRED SERVER WAS HORRIBLE. So much i felt the need to come here so that maybe the owner sees my review. I’ve had her a few times before and its like she’s in the back on her phone or something because she’s no where to be found when you actually need her. Me and my girlfriend ordered an appetizer(nachos) and an entrée each and even made it clear and used those terms. A different server brought our appetizer and not even a couple minutes later the red haired lady brings our our meal. We had barely made a dent in the appetizer. So I was literally trying to eat the nachos as fast as i could so i could enjoy my burger but by the time i got to it it was cold and soggy. It felt like she was aware of what happened but then decided to give up of the rest of the service. My girlfriend had to ask for the check and her reply was very rude. After the busboy had come and cleared our table, she did so with such an attitude, she slammed our check down. Seriously?!? Like it caught us by surprise. I wanted to not even leave a tip at all but ended up still giving her a few dollars because i want to come back but hopefully i wont have her ever again. Will probably just walk out if she is my server in the future. Honestly everything else about this place is GREAT and im just ultimately disappointed that she had to ruin our experiences. This was my FIRST visit to Harmon's Pub, I had googled the BEST turkey Reuben near Canton Oh. and someone's review had mentioned that their turkey Reuben was the best so I tried ordering over the phone and was informed they didn't take orders without first giving your credit card # over the phone which I was not comfortable with so I told them I would come in and order. Upon arrival I noticed there were less than 10 parking spots that were all full so I finally found a spot across the street at another business,(busiest street in Canton). It was standing room only when I got inside so the hostess finally directed me to the bar to place my order with the 1 and ONLY bartender that finally got time between drinks to take my order then told me it would be ready in 20mins. so I went back across street to my car and decided to go down the road and get some fuel. When I got back my parking space had been taken so I found one at another neighboring business. Went back up to the bar 20mins. later and was told my order would be right up. I stood there dodging servers carrying drinks for another 20mins. when my order finally came out of the kitchen. Got home to find out that whoever said this place had the BEST turkey Reuben didn't know what they were talking about, it was soggy as heck and the turkey was tasteless like something generic that had been frozen and unthawed. Harmon's seems like a very nice local Irish Pub that has been there a long time (32yrs) but could be a lot better with some additional parking and a better system for placing and picking up...

We went on a Friday evening we had to wait 35 minutes for a table which was fine. As soon as we were seated the waitress asked us if we were ready to order and we said we needed a few minutes and she said she would be back and I said could we please get some drinks so she got her drinks and we had to wait another 20 minutes before we could get her order in. You received our food asked for salt and ketchup she never did come back and give us that we had to get another girl that walked by and she give us some ketchup. She never came and asked how our food was if we needed refills on drinks Nothing. I went up to the hostess station and he tracked her down our waitress and I had to ask her for the bill. She give us the bill pretty quick and handed her the money and we waited for 15 minutes for our change. Was just very disappointing. All I can say is the food was great but the waitress stunk.
