McDonald's — Restaurant in Canton

The absolute WORST dining experience of my life. I COULD GO ON AND ON. Do not waste your time here! Our family of 5 were alone in the lobby, i mean completely alone, not even one other customer. We placed our order at 7:40pm and didn’t receive our food for over a half hour. On top of it all, the employees weren’t even trying to hurry, just talking amongst each other and even getting FaceTime calls while we waited. When i asked to talk to a manager, the woman said she was the shift manager and would NOT give me her name. She wasn’t apologetic at all and extremely rude. Spent nearly $50 on garbage food just to receive garbage service, and on top of it all, they didn’t even care. They should all be fired and the place should be shut down - assuming this is the best “management” they could come up with. I NEVER leave reviews but here i am. My husband has already left a voicemail at their corporate office because of how terrible this experience was. Along with us waiting alone and unserved in the lobby, there were others in the drive thru that had waited so long they came inside to complain and get their food there. And let me assure you, they were NOT AT ALL BUSY. My husband and i have both worked in the fast food industry in the past, so we try to give the benefit of the doubt when we can. It blew our minds to experience this, and this situation turned out far from giving “the benefit of the doubt”. Absolutely ridiculous, and we won’t be back. The WORST McDonald's EVER. My order is never right, I have to go back through every time. Even when I go back to get my missing items, I'll find that the food sat in a holding tray so long that it tastes like plastic. I have two pretty funny examples of the mental capabilities we're dealing with here. 1. I ordered 2 hash browns, screen said just that. I got two hamburgers. And 2. I asked for that mild sauce stuff that comes with the burritos and got grape jelly. I ordered a burrito... they asked if I wanted the sauce... and I got grape jelly. Like... how much of a walnut do you have to be to work at this place? We've all worked in fast food and it's honestly not hard. Most people get fired for this. Especially when the manager is the one checking the bag and handing out food. Can you read? Put in a mobile order. Tell the girl at the intercom my code. Pull to the second window as I’m told, wait there for 5 minutes without any worker coming to the window, mind you I ordered a large fry. Girl comes to the window with food in her mouth, mumbles something which I didn’t understand and just nodded my head thinking she said you had the fries? Seeing as I was the only person as the drive thru YEAH I GOT THE FRIES. She then is reaching for something as my bag is in her hand so I said wait what did you say? She clears her throat and gets loud and says KETCHUP!? I said oh I’m sorry I didn’t hear you while you were chewing and mumbling, no thank you. She then proceeds to shove the bag in my hand and close the door while rolling her eyes. Unbelievable the way people act, I feel bad she’s that unhappy at her job she feels the need to treat people in such a way.
