Monical's Pizza — Restaurant in Canton

Way too overcrowded and stuffy if mean Canton,Il. People are packed in like sardines, nearly a fire tragedy waiting to happen. Cannot even sit because chairs are too close. Not enough seating as building too small. Monicals is my favorite pizza mind you, Canton by far the best tasting, but I go over to Pekin to not feel trapped in a claustrophobic atmosphere, and a very loud one, with many people in a tiny area. From the ordering area to the seating area. The place needs to be triple its size. Covid has had it shut down a year, they have many other franchises so can use this time to rebuild a larger place, the money is there if have franchises. They redid the parking lot a few years ago, so more people come, with fewer seats for said people. Building next door is gone can expand, get customers back when reopen. Sad because its a hometown favorite many avoid due crowding, which is easily fixed. Even a new location..its Canton they will...

My family loves Monical's pizza. Start off with an order of their soft bread sticks with your choice of marinara sauce, mild cheddar sauce or nacho cheese sauce. You can get your pizza thin crust or deep dish. Our favorites are the thin crust Hawaiian which has ham, pineapple, and onions. Sounds great huh? Wait till you try their BBQ Chicken pizza....which is seasoned chicken, BBQ sauce, and premium blend cheese. We usually have a fresh garden salad with our pizza. Which is lettuce, tomato, shredded carrots, and Colby cheese. For salad dressing I choose either fat-free vinaigrette, or creamy Italian. My husband likes their thousand island dressing . Yummy. We top it off with a diet Coke or ice tea. Watch for their coupons and they have good family pleaser deal Good food, fast friendly service and good times with your family at Monical's Pizza...

Made an online order today simple 16in deluxe with no Italian peppers. After picking it up and getting home , I found out I recieved a half pineapple and ham, half deluxe with Italian peppers. No problem, called and advised them of the error. I drove to Monical's again from Banner to pickup my pizza which the order was given about the mistake. Just to drive home and find out my order was messed up again. I do not like spicy food and Italian peppers where on my pizza. Although to the kids making it you at least got the rest of it right. But you have one simple job. Make the order right. They apparently need adult supervision to do their job. To the owners you should know...
