Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Canton

Sign on speaker states "Yes we are open 12pm til 8pm, drive through only". At 4:30 on Friday sat at the speaker drive through for ten minutes, no one there. If you're going to be closed at least have the courtesy to put a sign up that says you are closed.

A year after my original review I was reading recent reviews that were better and stated it was under new management, so I decided to give it another try. Unfortunately that was a mistake. After placing my order, I was told to pull up to the line and wait for it to cook, no problem Fresh is best. After twenty minutes I got out of my car and went into the Restaurant only to find that not only was my order not ready, it had somehow disappeared and they had forgotten about me waiting out there in my car In the drive through line, and that I would need to wait for them to put the order back in. Now I would be more understanding if they were busy, but I was the only customer both in the restaurant and drive-thru and I don't understand how you take an order, have them pull up and pay and tell them to wait and they will bring it out, then just forget the only customer you have? I would leave a 0 if I could. Went there today and got the sandwiches and more pack. That’s about 25 bucks alone. Got to the window and paid, no one said a word. Gave me my drink without a lick of ice. Hands me my card with no receipt. This should’ve all been a red flag but I was hungry so home I went. Get home, open it up. No fries, no sauces, no receipt in the bag either. Tried to call the store but they don’t even have a voicemail (looking at the reviews I think I understand why now) so I drive all the way back to Canton. Go inside and explain the situation. Immediately the manager cops an attitude with me. I tell her I was there fifteen minutes ago never got fries sauces or receipt. She gives me a small fry before I remind her that the sandwiches and more said it comes with a large fry. They pull up my receipt give me some fries and say there you go. I sat at the drive thru speaker for at least 5 minutes. Finally ordered and pulled to the window and payed for my order. At that time I was asked to pull around to the front of the building with two other cars waiting because they were out of chicken at 6:30 in the evening. So I patiently waited for about 10 minutes to have a gentleman walk out to say they wouldn't have spicy chicken for at least another 12 minutes and would I take the regular chicken in which I replied yes, he said for my trouble he would throw in another piece of chicken. Shortly a young lady came out with my order. After getting home I opened the box to find 2 shriveled up wings, a breast and two cold flavorless sides, no extra piece found.
