I walked in & ordered a to go order. I waited for just over 20 minutes to receive my order. While waiting, more customers came in & a large group formed as people stood around waiting for their food. The wait was beyond ridiculous... one family waited so long they asked for a refund rather than wait any longer for their food. At first they were told no, they would have to wait until the restaurant was not busy anymore to receive their refund... the man then asked for a manager who slowly walked over & agreed to give them their refund. The manager seemed less than eager to even be working (mush less help the customer) & really didn’t seem to care. All in all, the employees as a whole seemed to care less about getting food to the customers. I witnessed several times an employee sitting a tray of food on the counter & walking off.. not even calling out the numbers. When he did call them out, he spoke so low, no one could even hear him. I was standing right by the counter & couldn’t hear him. As one family’s food sat on the counter for approx. 3 minutes, I finally intervened & asked them what number that tray was so that I could notify the family that it belonged to. They said #16. I then yelled out the number so everyone could hear & sweet little elderly man made his way to the counter & retrieved his tray for him & his wife. I was soooo angry that no employee bothered to notify them of their food waiting. Had I not been there to help, who knows how long that food would have sat there. Not to mention the fact that there was an open faced dish on the tray so as people walked up to the counter & ordered, their spit could’ve have flown right on the food!!! It was literally sitting right beside the register!!! I was disgusted & so angry for that man & his wife. This is absolutely one of the WORST restaurants I’ve ever been to & definitely the worst Taco Bell that I’ve ever been to. Luckily I will never have to eat there again because we were just passing through from our family vacation. Somebody really needs to get this establishment together!! There were a LOT of angry customers in the 25 minutes that I was there. Also, the bathrooms were not kept. The 1st time I wound up going back 3 times first time missed something 2nd and and 3rd times I wasnt aware they wasnt or was putting food on something they should or shouldn't have. No big deal it was a big order , give them a second chance and dang yet again going back up there. This time I call they refuse to give me a manager and states their too busy to speak with me call in 10 I did they ignored me because as soon as they didnt answer I called off my moms phone and instant pick up it was very noticable they straight ignored me and I was just telling them I'll pick up the redo the next day due to being really sick. So I go back and after I pick up the free part I also attempt to make two separate orders they mess the first one up so I was like well I need to make a order only for the one thing I missed since I had done paid. He proceeds to be like ma'am there is people behind you. Well ik sorry but I ordered this stuff I am not the one who messed it up! Then with the last order they dont even wanna give me the drinks. The manager was even helping him and when she walked over she was like WHAT DOES SHE NEED RETURNED I was like I dont need anything returned ma'am even tried speaking to her and got completely ignored then heard her tell the boy to tell me I'm never ever allowed back in which he wasnt actually brave enough to relay this message so when I left I proceeded to ask for a corporate number and was told there is no number for a higher person because their a franchise! They may have refused to give it however it was found and Monday morning 7am I will be making the phone call and explain thoroughly just how rude this place and the management has been . Read moreWe are locals here and frequent this Restaurant at least once a week or so. Tonight we were treated poorly by two different employees!! At 9:10 pm my son went thru the Drive thru to get my food for me. Katelyn rang up my Sons order all wrong!! I heard him order a #6 with 2 Beef Chalupas Extra Beef and Extra Cheese No lettuce!! Katelyn rang up Chicken Chalupas with extra chicken extra cheese. My Son got all the way home with my order of $18.07 of the wrong food so I was to not be able to eat my expensive Tacos!! My Daughter was on her way home so we asked her to go by and get my order right if possible. Katelyn acted like she was lying!! She was very rude after saying she couldn’t find my Son’s order saying “I don’t have time to argue with anyone tonight and not over a taco!!” My Daughter was on the phone with us the entire time and was very sweet, kind and courteous to Katelyn about the situation. I sent my Daughter a picture of my receipt where it was rang up wrong. Katelyn walked away so a Man returned to the window. He tossed the food to my Daughter in a rude hateful way. She said here is a picture of the receipt for the food and he says hatefully “ That’s between you and the Manager and if you are lying then that’s between you and God so no I don’t need to see your receipt and he slammed the indie closed hastily!! We have our receipt and we have witnesses that were also on speaker phone while both of them went thru the drive thru window. We were honest and only wanted my order right so I would have my late night Dinner. We live in Canton. One of us eats here at least once a week.
