Starbucks — Restaurant in Canton

They get the first star because the food came out correctly. The second star because I’ve been in the service industry so I know newbies when I see them.

They did not get the last two because the drinks were messed up and because the person taking my order was very distracted.

Drink 1 - supposed to be an iced matcha with almond milk. There is a tiny bit of almond milk but also straight up water.

Drink 2 - supposed to be a hot Mocha with almond milk. They made a hot Matcha.

Drink 3 - supposed to be that summer skies drink with the boba. It had no boba.

Drink 4 - supposed to be a black coffee with NO room for cream. (This one isn’t a big deal but they did not top it off like other Starbucks usually do.

I took my drinks and left, not knowing they were messed up until I had already left. Other than the summer skies drink with I’d noticed was missing boba. But the line was already long and I didn’t want to case them more stress than they obviously were working g through being new employees and all. I am assuming that all three of the employees working today...

I avoid this Starbucks and just drive to the waynesville stand alone store. My go to order is a vanilla latte iced or hot made with half and half. Every time I go to this Starbucks my latte tastes like old milk with no espresso. Something needs to be fixed, either their hopper or refrigeration unit. Every time I try to give them a chance I regret spending the money because the drink is trash. I’ve been to several other stores in the area and my regular drink is always amazing so I know it’s definitely just this store that has an issue. I’ve even had them remake my drink and explain what’s wrong with it only to receive the same old hot milk in a cup with no espresso again. Hopefully they read these reviews so they can fix their issue. It’d be nice to not have to drive 20 mins out of my way for a good...

Worst starbucks. Staff is lazy. Didn't want to brew more tea so they lied and said they were out. The drinks that they make are very poor (not always, some employees are good). Too busy talking and chatting and complaining about their manager to make proper drinks. Today we asked for our drinks, they said they were out of tea ( which means they didn't want to make it), they said they were out of cups. They said they were in the back but it would be a while because they were stocking. The girl was rude, she didn't want to ring us up, we finally decided to stop waiting and asked for venti's. Stood there for 30 minutes. Poor customer service. I love starbucks, I'm a very friendly person but for some odd reason their behavior keeps getting worse and worse. Over all they are bad. Probably...
