I had a disappointing experience with customer service. The staff, including the manager, was quite rude. I placed two orders: one for $10.06, which included a Medium refresher and a croissant, and another for $10.68, consisting of a Venti caramel frappuccino made with oat milk and a cake pop.
When I paid for the first order, the employee incorrectly stated the total as $10.07. I handed her $20.06 and mentioned I would grab a penny for the change. However, when I returned, she was already counting out change. I offered the penny and requested a $10 bill back instead. She insisted she couldn't do that due to the computer system. After speaking with the manager, she returned with the same refusal and a dismissive attitude.
Ultimately, I received a tall dragon fruit drink instead of what I ordered, and the frappuccino was not made with oat milk. This experience was quite disappointing, and I've noticed many reviews echoing similar sentiments about the customer service. It seems the management may need to address these issues to improve overall customer satisfaction.

Read moreI get the SAME exact order for years from this Starbucks as well as other locations. It is the ONLY thing I order. The drink I ordered was sour and I swallowed a chunk of something. Something was clearly rotten in it. I asked my husband to take it back because I’m not a confrontational person and I usually will just “suck it up” and drink/eat whatever I get but this was disgusting and I couldn’t stomach it. My husband was very polite in the exchange as he is in customer service industry. The attitudes were uncalled for. We did not want the same drink since something in it; was rotten. At first the cashier at the register was very helpful and willing to exchange….until the manager came. She stated that they could not refund/exchange unless it was the same drink. Who would want the SAME drink if something was rotten in it? I wish I could give zero stars by the attitudes of manager, lack of checking of what was in it that could be rotten, and the general lack of understanding for the customer. Read moreIf I could give this place zero stars I would. I had been driving since 5:30 AM and I pulled over to grab a coffee at this location. I accidentally drove right past the first ordering window and when I got to the next window, I let the girl know I think I drove past the first window and asked if I should pull back around keep in mind there was no one in line and no one behind me. The female worker then told me that I had to pull back around to which I said OK that’s what I’m gonna do- and then she had some other guy come up (only identification is that he had a nose ring) and he very rudely and aggressively raised his voice and repeated over and over again that I had to pull around because there were a lot of people behind me, and there was no one behind me. I was so shocked and surprised at the whole interaction. I was too stunned to speak.
