I normally do not leave public complaints but since I emailed a complaint three days ago and haven't heard back and no action has been taken, I believe this will get attention. Saturday afternoon me and my family were trying to enjoy lunch when they got my mother's order wrong. No big deal we simply asked for them to fix it, but they bring out the same food we got originally. So we ask again and this time a woman, Alayna, goes to the register with my dad and tries to charge him 32 cents to his card for the difference between fried and grilled nuggets which was a mistake on their part because we had ordered fried originally. She was not polite about it either and certainly doesn't have the Chick-fil-A attitude that the workers usually have. My dad asked for the manager and she went to get him but talked to him first so he was not really hearing us out and said it was a miscommunication. Today my dad went back in for a meeting and to get us breakfast. After his meeting he walks to the registers and Alayna sees him and ignores him. She takes other people's orders and is gossiping and laughing with employees meanwhile my dad is standing there waiting to order. Finally an employee comes out of the kitchen and takes his order. Alayna would not have been acting that way if any action was taken. If anything she should've helped my dad and apologized considering she didn't Saturday and been overly nice to him. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI can't give chic-fil-a only 1 star ever. I typically LOVE their service and I think their food is delicious. However, this last time that I went, there was a young man standing at the drive through window (he typically will ruin food to other cars so ppl behind me aren't waiting for their food if it's already ready etc) but he had his backside to us. My 3 year old daughter was in the car and this young man started talking to the young lady on the other side of the window about horror movies. I'm not a fan myself but I'm not about about that. I'm upset because he was taking loudly IN DETAIL while my daughter was right there in the back seat. Texas chainsaw, and various others were discussed along with other disturbing parts of the movie mentioned. I now the potential harms to my child in this world and any parent knows you can't keep everything from your Kurds no matter how much you wish you could.. But I just didn't expect that place to be at a chic-fil-a drive thru. I've had MANY fantastic experiences worth this restaurant, but Google specifically asked me how this visit was, unfortunately, and it wasn't my best experience. I would recommend anyone not go to this establishment, I'm only rating my individual experience.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreINCREDIBLE customer service, hands down the best I've ever had at any restaurant. My car broke down in the drive thru and immediately a couple guys from inside came out and helped me push it to a safe spot, and they were more than happy to let me wait inside and get something to eat while I waited for my car to be fixed. Also, a huge shout-out to Cooper, Abby, and a couple other employees (I never got the other names unfortunately) who came by and sat with me while I was waiting, just making conversation and getting to know me. By the time I left, it seemed like all the employees knew me by name, and it felt as though I had been a regular there and I left feeling happier than I have in a very long time. All of you guys went above and beyond what you should ever have to do, and I really appreciate it, and I'll have to give y'all my business more often for it.
To the owner/store manager: I really hope you see this, because I believe all of your staff ought to be recognized for what they did for me. The way your store is run is beyond perfect and what every other place of business should strive to be. Please keep up whatever...
