I was having issues placing my order online with a new card, so I drove to this location to pick up the only thing my girlfriend and I could agree on for dinner đ¤¤
I was helped at the front of the store by someone named Tyler (also my name) who took my order and was very attentive to everything I was saying! My girlfriend (who opted to stay in the car) wanted to try a new flavor, but thanks to him making the intentional effort to tell me about the new flavor's allergy alerts, he literally saved my girlfriend from eating something she would have had an allergic reaction to 𼲠+5 points to Tyler
On top of that, turns out the issues were with my card entirely, not just the online portal, so it wouldn't run in the store đ after leaving every other form of payment at home (like someone who was only thinking about the delicious food in my future) I apologized to him that I needed to cancel the order and shuffled out hangrily.
In my car I figured out I still had a gift card tucked in the back of my phone case that THANK THE WINGSTOP GODS still had money on it to cover our dinner 𤤠so I ran back inside where he remembered the entire order, my name, and everything else about about our interaction and got me rung back up! And then.... my gift card didn't swipe properly đ I joked with him that I couldn't live this down and if my card didn't approve I needed to save face and just walk out. He laughed and proceeded to go into "im-gonna-make-this-work-for-you" mode and thank God he was able to work his magic on the card reader and saved my night. +200 points to Tyler
Not all heros wear capes, but I swear as I walked out of the store with my food that night, out of the corner of my eye I saw Tyler's cape flutter in the breeze. đđźđ
Give him a raise, give him a bonus, give him the keys to the store đ¤đźHe makes me proud to be another Tyler in...
Read moreWe ate in the restaurant and it took a long time to get our cold food. The girl working the fryer had long curly hair that was not pulled back, as well as she coughed into her hand, then pulled the fry baskets out without washing her hands first. 𤢠As we were leaving, another one of the kitchen workers came out of the bathroom adjusting his pants and buckling his belt, which meant it's unlikely he washed his hands before returning to work. đ¤˘đ¤˘ At that point, it doesn't matter how good the wings were. This was our first and last time. All the online orders were being made ahead of ours just to sit on a cold rack for quite a while waiting to be picked up, while we were served cold fries while seated in the actual restaurant. The people who ordered online were pretty smart though, because they didn't have to see what all was going on with their food in the kitchen. đ¤˘...
Read moreI noticed this Wingstop had a lot of negative reviews, but our experience today was nothing short of excellent. We visited around 2 p.m. and ordered both bone-in and boneless wings along with fries. Everything was fresh, crispy, and hotâthe food was seriously top-notch. The fries werenât cooked quite right at first, but the staff replaced them immediately with a fresh, perfect batchâno questions asked.
Service was fast, friendly, and very accommodating. The order was accurate, the restaurant was spotless, and two employeesâJosh and Mikeyâreally stood out. Josh even made a point to say goodbye as we were walking out, which left a great impression.
I honestly donât understand the bad reviewsâour visit was smooth, enjoyable, and worth recommending. Great food and great...
