This is how their employees treat their customers by posting this on Facebook in a group with over 17,000 members. This person was never near the table where these folks were, and they had to yell at her to get more coffee. Each of them over tipped her, and the only thing was discussed was community involvement in helping the neighborhoods. This is how the employees treat customers that pay her wage. All members will not ever come to this restaurant, and word has already traveled fast about this conduct. This is disgusting:

I have read this, and I have to say that I waited on a group at the restaurant I work at that called themselves Stark County Crime Watchers....I was appalled as were my co workers at the conversation that was broadcasted to our other patrons. They were rude, very biased, very racist and I was ashamed that I had to endure 5 long hours of their presence that took up my entire section. I was treated like a third class citizen and our other patrons did receive a bad taste in their mouth. We all felt like we were witness to a group of mercenaries with a chip on their shoulders regarding race, religion, and social values. I can only hope that this neo Nazi group of people do not represent ALL of Stark County. I agree that crime is on the rise, but I have total faith in our Justice system which these losers apparently do not.

Read moreFrom the time I walked in, to the time I left, I had such an enjoyable experience. The bartender was very sweet. He saw me come in alone and look around for a seat. He told me I could sit wherever I wanted. Next, I was given the menu and told my waitress would be right with me. She came soon to get my drink order and I got my drink quickly. She gave me plenty of time to look over the menu without ignoring me or rushing me. She brought me a basket of Hushpuppies just because. They were fantastic! I ordered my food and it came out not too quickly and not too long after I ordered…just right. My food came out just the way I ordered it and it was so great! Beer battered fish, fries and coleslaw. The restaurant is clean and the lighting was perfect (not too bright). But the very best part of my whole dining experience was my waitress, Anya! I will be 60 yrs old next month, and in all those years, she was the very best waitress I’ve ever had anywhere! She was so kind and made me feel so welcome and comfortable. She let me know that I didn’t have to rush. I loved my whole time there. I’m always a little intimidated walking into a restaurant by myself, because you’re not always treated nice when you’re a party of just one. But thanks to the staff at Tim’s, especially Anya, I know I have a great...
Read moreMe and my family went in tonight to get fish for dinner there was a 1/2 an hour wait which we waited no big deal but after we were seated it took almost 20 minutes for someone to take our order for drinks. The waitress was not very pleasant and then she came back to get our food order and It took over half an hour for our food to come no salt no pepper had to ask for extra napkins and refills we spent over a $100 we probably will not be back for some while. Everyone got fish except for one person got a Burger and the fish.wasnt even hot. There was 2 other tables that sat down after us that got their food before us and was gone out of the restaurant before we even received our food. When I brought it up to the waitress that the service and food wasnt very good shw stated that its always like this on friday and we got things that took over 20 minutes to cook. I worked in food for over 10 years and I understand being busy on a Friday night but being pleasant and explaining what is going on as always appreciative. The staff that took your name and that seated you was wonderful but that was the only good experience me and my family had at...
