Sent in a mobile order for pickup at 3:29pm for 2 chicken finger plates (4 fingers). Get there and they say it isn't ready but to pull into a designated spot and they will bring it out. 10 minutes goes by past the pickup time and no one comes out but 5 cars go through the drive thru and get their food immediately. Annoyed, I go inside to see four employees just standing behind the counter doing nothing. So I ask about my food and one of the employees behind the counter says, "just give me a second please" and proceeds to add a cookie to a box with french fries that I later witness her leave the store with. Come to find out my food is just sitting in the window and hasn't been bagged or anything 🙃. She bags it and then asks if she can just give me the cups to make my own drinks (almost like they should be done already since it was a mobile order but whatever.) Go get my drinks and see the drive thru employee along with 2 others come out to get drinks for themselves (again with no remarks towards the fact I had to come inside after being instructed that it would be brought out). Not sure who is managing this store but looks like you've got folks taking food and focusing on the wrong things rather than taking care of your customers. Had they been busy, then I totally get it but with 1 table inside and only 1 car in front of me when I arrived not sure how this took so long. On top of all that, I get home and the food is wrong 😒.

Read morehorrible experience. If I could give this business 0 stars, I absolutely would. I will never return to this business nor will my children. To start things off, I pull my car up to the speaker to order and I am told that 2 of the 3 things I wanted to order are out. Understandable, I can change my order no problem! But apparently that is too difficult for the workers to comprehend. They proceed to hand me my order with no sauce, no napkins (for wings), no fork, and a very watered down coke, and on top of all that, I waited in line for 25+ minutes as did the other 5 cars in line. Not to mention the atrocious customer service. To say it was an unpleasant experience would be an understatement. Now I love Zaxby's, and I'm rarely one of those people that judge dining establishments harshly. I made the mistake of assuming it was just a fluke, and I wouldn't have another experience as bad as that. Well I could not have been more wrong. I returned today as I do in my bi-weekly trek to my favorite fast food chain, and this experience was just as bad as the last. To shorten it up a bit, I again had to sit through terribly long wait times, more forgotten items, terrible customer service, and cold and an all around disheartening meal. All of the other Zaxby’s in the area close at 9:00 on Sunday. After visiting your store on May 7, 2023 I couldn’t help but think… this store should have done the same thing.
I don’t know if I have ever been to a singular franchise that made me have such a poor opinion of all other franchisees as I did with this experience.
Not only did you not have wings, but there was no more Zax Sauce. How can this happen?!?! (Seriously, please reply and let me know.)
After being given a very limited menu, I then had to wait a ridiculous amount of time for the chicken fingers. This, after I ordered a 20 piece family meal and found out they only gave me a 20 piece fingers… no fries.
Top to it off… the oil tasted burned. I know it’s the end of the day, but at some point, someone has to realize that the damage done by a poor customer experience is more impactful than closing an hour earlier.
