This review reflects multiple visits over time. Unfortunately, the experience has consistently declined with only a few exceptions.

On one visit, I ordered the Black Diamond burger without mushrooms, but it arrived with them anyway. I sent it back, and it was returned to me in under a minute. Upon closer inspection, there were still small mushroom pieces on the burger. When I asked if they had just picked them off, the staff confirmed they had. That’s completely unacceptable.

This wasn’t a one-time issue. On another visit, we waited over 40 minutes for our food while several tables that ordered after us were served first. When we asked about the delay, the manager gave us a coupon for free chicken tenders. While the gesture was appreciated, it felt like a quick fix rather than a sincere effort to make things right.

On a different visit, I ordered sweet potato fries, as I had many times before. This time, I couldn’t find the cinnamon sugar they usually offer. When I asked an employee, they grabbed a shaker and walked off. Another staff member checked the container, said there was still some left, and told me to shake harder. I explained I was looking for cinnamon sugar, not just the fries, and was told, “We don’t have any.” When I said I didn’t want the fries without it, I was met with a shrug and no offer to help.

These are just a few examples, but they highlight the bigger issue: a pattern of poor service, a lack of care in resolving problems, and an overall disappointing experience. I can’t recommend this place and will...

Delicious!!! This restaurant is a must in our family. Great restaurant for all ages. My husband and oldest son absolutely love the cheeseburger but says the addition of bacon takes it out of this world and always chooses a side of fries. I too enjoy the burgers but am now hooked on the crispy chicken salad. My dad enjoys this dish too. My other children always go for the chicken tenders and fries and never leaves any to waste. My mom goes for the burger and sweet potato fries.

Canyons is family friendly, great prices and deals, the staff is so kind and Becky who works there is one of the kindest and most hospitable person we have met in the food business. She makes our family feel welcome every time.

Canyons is great to our local community by hosting fundraiser nights for local schools, supporting schools in a variety of ways with food and support, and one of the most welcoming restaurants in the area.

We love bringing family and friends here when they visit.

We ordered the chicken bacon swiss sandwich and the burger of the month which had a fried egg, maple syrup and coffee seasoned bacon. Also 50/50 sweet potato fries, reg fries and 50/50 tater tots and onion rings. I do appreciate that you can get 50% of one side and 50% of another. The chicken bacon swiss was delicious, the marinated chicken was very flavorful. Fries were good, best sweet potato fries I have had out. The onion rings were okay, and tots were really good. The burger was amazing, other than the fact they put the maple syrup on top of the bun, which made it sticky to eat. Also got a side of ranch which was house made and delicious. We also ordered 2 Oreo milshakes, not good. The portion was large but all you could taste was super strong vanilla, way too strong. I couldnt even drink it and ended up throwing it away. I did see some of the salads coming out and they looked delicious, might try one next time. Would give 5 stars but the food is a bit pricey, however we like supporting small businesses.
