Wingstop — Restaurant in Canyon

The guy at the desk was a former employee of our school district. He was fired for inappropriate comments towards a young lady. In this setting he was rude and unprofessional. We weren't even insidethe door before he asked us " for here or to-go?". Then, since the door was open he didn't hear us so he grabbed his ear and said "WHAT?", rudely. Once we finished ordering we waited for him to let us pay. He read back the order incorrectly and we got that fixed. Then he drug out paying and acted like we were the issue. While we sat and waited, he was touching his hair almost constantly then ppls orders. He was more worried about showing everyone his LGBTQ pin on his hat, and finger curling his hair than he was customer service. The food was great. I thanked the cook myself. Hot. Fresh. Good. Plenty for what you pay. Covered in flavor. Ranch is good and thick too. Parking lot is small but not too hard to navigate. Not a lot of handicap parking. Semi handicap friendly. Tea was fresh even though it was from a machine. The bathroom was weird. The ladies toilet has an Eco flush on it so it wouldn't flush properly. Pretty new place so it's still clean. Made just a 20 piece wing order on Thursday, 5 of those were garlic parmesan. Those 5 had little parmesan and no garlic on them. No biggie, it wasn't a busy Thursday afternoon but they are new right? Forgot about it.

Tried to call in an order today, was put on hold again no worries. Was taken off hold a couple.of minutes later and asked what I would like to order and as I'm speaking, the lady proceeds to talk to someone else and then goes silent. I say hello, and the lady proceeds to just sai "hi." I ask if she got my order and of course she says no. Not "sorry, no" just no.

I dropped in to do a test purchase and evaluate the quality of food and service.

The food was delivered within a reasonable time - and it was hot & delicious. I was very pleasantly surprised by the generous amount of BBQ sauce on the chicken.

One suggestion: For to-go orders, please remember to include some napkins.

For the owner/manager: Please instruct your staff to NOT twirl a broom (like a baton) in the dining area, or near the check-out counter, where food is delivered. a) It is just gross. b) Dust, dirt, etc (whatever was picked-up from the floor) - could be flying all over the place. c) Not a good look d) Health Inspectors will likely...
