I left this restaurant incredibly disappointed and frustrated. Let me be clear: this is by no fault of the welcoming and attentive waiter, who did their best. The real issue lies in the food and management’s standards.

When has it become acceptable for a restaurant that charges a premium price for churrasco steak to serve low-quality, skin-filled, tough, hard-to-chew meat? Just horrible. For the price being asked, one expects quality, but instead I was left wondering why I paid so much when there are many other options available at far less cost.

On top of that, even some of the most basic sides were unavailable. There is no excuse for this—having the waiter offer a sorrowful response is not an acceptable solution. Guests shouldn’t be put in that position, nor should staff have to apologize for management’s failures.

This review is intended for the person in charge of this restaurant. It’s not written lightly, but as a reflection of genuine frustration from a paying customer who expected much more. If you want to charge premium prices, start by serving quality food and offering the basics customers...

I visited the club for the first time it was super nice the DJ was on point and the bartender was super amazing but I have to give a suggestion. We were at the bar buying drinks unexpectedly a friend came and started to buy more drinks I approached one of the girls that walk around and asked her for a table and she mentioned that the cost was $140 I told her that she had a lot of empty tables and we were standing on the middle of the bar occupying space and she said no to any discount since we were not going to drink $140. We stayed until the club closed and our friend continued buying drinks and there were a lot of tables still empty and a lot of the people there that were not even drinking using the tables. My subjection is to allow these girls to be more flexible on selling the tables to customers and give them a discount budget that they can work with a customer. This way you can have full tables been used or remove more tables this way there's more space to dance and less issues with the pricing of the tables and they can getaway by saying we have limited tables this is the reason for the cost...
