uBreakiFix - Phone and Computer Repair — Local services in Cape Coral

Standard quality service from this uBreakIFix. Before this company existed everywhere I took my technical devices to get them fixed, they ended up worse than they started. When I saw uBreakIFix advertised the first time, of course I was doubtful they could do anything. I started at a location in Virginia and I was incredibly pleased. They fixed my phone in a short amount of time for a reasonable price. Since then I always look for them. I was pleasantly surprised to find there was one in Florida and it was every bit as good as the ones I had used previously. These people know what they're doing. Sometimes they don't want to try to fix your phone if they think it's a lost cause and they will tell you the truth. While their prices have gone up a bit they are still the best place around if you need pretty much anything technical done to your phone. I have not tried to bring in a computer and I'm not sure if they work on them but I would guess they probably do. I will always look for a uBreakIFix If I need help. I highly recommend this company. My Dell desktop 'blew up' late one evening - suddenly no power although connected to a UPS. I checked obvious things - circuit breaker, wall receptacle, UPS. Connected a light to the receptacle. Everything except my PC was fine so I suspected a power supply issue in the PC. Called uBreakiFix as soon as they opened the next morning and spoke with Andrew - he said to bring it in. Dropped PC off and Andrew said he'd try to diagnose and call me in the afternoon. Since I rely heavily on using the PC, I called Andrew mid-afternoon. He had diagnosed the problem (bad CMOS battery) and was re-testing the PC to ensure the problem was solved. I was able to pick it up about 15 minutes later, during which time he also cleaned the inside of the PC which was covered in several years of dust. First off I would like to say the person I initially dealt with was Kyle I believe that was his name. Absolutely great customer service. Seem to be very honest. They had to order the screen it took a few days. I got a message that it was in so I went to drop it off to get it fixed after making an appointment. When I arrived another person was there told me it could take 2 hours to fix it. My comment was you close at 7:00 will it be done his reply was it depends how busy we are. Why the hell did I make an appointment then. I elected not to leave my phone with this person. I brought it back on June 5th returned an hour and a half later and I believe the gentleman's name was Kyle that gave me the phone and was very professional. The other person not so much.
