Taco Pancho, Santa Barbara Blvd. Cape Coral, Fl., Here is my 2 cents on food and chatter.

Lets start with a rant. Why is this place is still open!? I am suprized. Oh I forgot this is SWFL and folks do not know good mexican food or a value for their dollar.

It was a a sunday and my plans fell thru. So I was hungry, this was the only place open and nearby.

I got without looking at the price my favorite chili rellenois . Staff was nice and food came too fast. Tells me it was micro wave. This entree was 10 bucks and was small compare to other REAL mexican joints in the area. Plus it was so bland, I needed 3 containers of hot sauce.

I have gotten larger chili and plates for $6.00 or $8.00 depending on lunch or what have you.

Of course I waited a bit longer, also the food was SO MUCH more TASTY.

Plus I got SO much VALUE for my MONEY.

Yes this place sucks when it comes to burritos.I am from San Francisco,CA. Home of the creation of the burrito. Created in the Mission district.This is a wannbe Taco Bell.I order the Burrito Supreme $4.99. Only ground beef for a meat plus lettuce is served on it. Both item are so wrong.It was a 8 inch flour tortilla with more tortilla than ingredients. A small portion of meat some refried beans. A squirt of sour cream and too much tomatoes.I made a special request of DOUBLE EXTRA PEPPERS. THEY FRACKING DO NOT KNOW WHAT THAT MEANS. I barely saw any or tasted any peppers. And they charge me for it.People are nice it was quick.Also had the daily special of 2 soft taco $1.79 SUCKSI will not be going back. But I know it will in business because...

First off this is not the first time Ive eaten here. I habemt had a good experience yet. I waited at the counter once for 7 minutes before anyone acknowledged my presence once. I ordered a beer while I waited for my to go order and the girl walked away with out giving it to me until my food was ready then I had to eat in the store to finish said beer and not let my good get cold. They got our order wrong the second time. We ordered 3 steak tacos and only got one. The guac had no flavor... No lime, no salt, no pepper, nothing. It was as if they smashed up an avocado and put it in a fried tortilla. The steak tacos had wayyyyy too much salt and the chicken tacos were so dry , bland and over cooked it felt like paper towels in my mouth. Not to mention, every single place I have ordered guacamole with chips from or even just tacos ALWAYS gives a complimentary side of salsa, even if its just a measley 2 oz container, but yet no slasa with our meal. I highly doubt Ill be returning because there are many other places in the cape that offer better quality food...

Food was soggy and bland but the worst part was the attitude. They forgot the rice and when I called back I was told she didn't know what happened because she didn't take my order.i could come and get it if I wanted. I wasn't driving back. I told her to credit my card. She told me she didn't know how. She started to tell me she could take my number and I could get something next time I came in but backed off that and said she just didn't know. "Like I said, I didn't take you order", is what she finished with. I asked her how much it was and she said 1.59. I think she gave me the wrong price because I ordered the Spanish rice, but that is really irrelevant. Customer service is apparently lost on this girl. I told her for 2.00 she was.going to get a bad review and she said "ok, thanks. Bye." Bye to you too miss inexperienced and low quality employee. I have no reason to ever come back. Maybe next time offer to send me a $2.00 coupon and...
