Well first let's start with the bathrooms themselves there was piss all over the men's bathroom and for seconds let's talk about how the staff is absolutely rude and disrespectful and gross with their incompetent behavior with the long haired employees on the line with no hair nets and hair falling in the food the not switching gloves between sandwiches because I am highly allergic to onions and they did not not change their gloves and I'm very surprised I did not go into anaphylactic shock Mandy the GM the worst of them all I mean I just witnessed a poor lady get fired on my way out for her answering her phone when it kept ringing and ringing and yet there's employees that are contaminating food and have their hair dangling down in the food why people make it but yet that poor lady gets fired and yet the rest of their stuff gets to contaminate the food with hair and for third how the staff tries to speed you along in rush you through the service and talk about inappropriate matters in the lobby where all can hear it is an all my hopes that you all read my review about this story because I'm sorry this was sad and they only decide to do anything after you point it out firing people for no reason spreading allergic reactions to other food and contaminating others and incompetence and gross negligence over the hair policy this is a very disgusting place and I am sorry to say I don't recommend anyone the staff is the biggest mistake of all and Mandy the GM is the biggest failure of them all for allowing their staff to act like this that woman should not have her job if this is how her store is run hurt incompetence and gross negligence is the biggest thing I have to point out and for that I'd say Jimmy John's is better just because they have nicer staff and honestly I hope that start a lawsuit against them because I caught up to her and told her she needs a witness she has my number because there's no reason management should speak and act that way towards their...

I arrive and see no orders ready for pick up then say i am here for online. People start coming in. Then orders start going out for online, each order they call the name out. I notice someone puts a bag on the counter, no name announced. Finally after 40 minutes standing waiting a girl says who are you here for. I say.my name. It is the order they put on counter 35 minutes earlier. She points and rudely says it's right there. These were hot sandwiches, were. I picked up my order and her sub was cold! I asked kindly to resteamed and the guy who appeared to be in charged gave me an attitude. He stated that he had steamed it twice and how I should have asked to triple steamed. This conversation took place in front of a full lobby of customers. This attitude is not professional , not a good look for your restaurant. I wasnāt going to engage in an argument when all I asked was for them to re steam my sandwich.
