Wawa — Restaurant in Cape Coral

Cookies n Cream Milkshake - Order them almost daily...there are a few employees who make this correctly (how wawa says to make it) unfortunately its difficult for some to do...they would rather give you a chocolate mousse/milk...instead of making it with ice cream, I'm guessing they use cream (that's what it taste like and is the consistency of.) I spend $6 for a shake that I am grateful to have the correct way less than half of the time that I pay for...(today I just handed it back, no time for refund) make it in the correct machine...stirred not whipped...if I wanted chocolate whipped cream or chocolate milk, I would grab a chocolate milk from the case at a fraction of the price. You would think the amount of hourly wage these people make....you'd be willing to follow simple guidelines. 😐 if I want to be safe, I order when LeeAnna, Jesse, or Maddie...

I have been in the customer service industry for over 2 decades. I understand having a bad day but Bryan the lead customer service associate that attempted to check me out is by far the rudest young punk kid I have ever had the displeasure of encountering. The young lady manager that stepped out of the office to take care of me was quite pleasant but you may approach this location with the understanding Bryan may be having a bad day and may in fact project his personal issues on you.
