No customer service. We put a door dash order in to Jason’s deli, “yes” because I was being lazy. “Sorry,” I ordered 2 salad bars with a list of what was suppose to be in the order x2 only receiving a mix of items and being completely wrong. Followed with missing items like cheese,🥹 peppers, and mushrooms. After receiving the order from door dash I called the establishment to confer the order with a manager of the name of “Jenn.” I explained to her that I was missing the bowls of soup I ordered along with cups of chili I was missing. She expressed it was not their fault we were missing the items in the salads along with the missing bowls of soups and cups of chili. That we in fact needed to call door dash. “Door dash” made our salads! Door dash poured the bowls of soups and cups of chili. We exchanged a few more word knowing this was going no where.
I called door dash. They kindly refunded me the money for the soups and chili. Yet no soups or chili. Ok…
Salads were ok, only Jason’s deli and their manager Jenn chose not to add dressing to their x2 order! Meaning we had to split 1 ranch across two salads. Causing them to be kind of dry and a little less taste full for trying to eat healthy. Even though I’m not trying to leave the house and eat healthy I do have to thank Jenn “the manager” of Jason’s deli on 2311 Santa Barbra blvd, cape coral, FL, 33991 for watching out for my weight or maybe my health, I have to promise you, weight nor health is an issue. I just wanted a salad with a god awful amount of dressing, followed with some comfort warmth of some cheesy broccoli soup, followed with some spicy beanie mess. Thanks Jenn, manager of Jason’s deli, I’m not a fan.
This is a follow up of my second order from this store not being complete and being messed up. From now on I will stick to taking my children into the establishment and getting what we order…followed with some free ice cream, guess I’ll have to stop being lazy.
Thanks again Jenn, the manager of Jason’s deli Cape...
Read moreWe had issues several years ago and since they were resolved and we visit this Jason's about 2 times a week. The last month it has gone downhill very quick and last night was the icing on the cake. We arrive at 6:45 and order. We watch as we are set next to the exhibitor station. We see part of our order and the expo and manager is lost. We watch 2 of our items go on trays and sit for pickup. Many people come up to complain what is taking so long. These are people that came after us. At 25 minutes our buzzer comes to life. We walk up and the expo says sorry wrong one just leave your buzzer we will bring it out. Needless to say 2 of our items are setting on trays. After 45 minutes go up to complain and they ask for buzzer, dame guy. Manager ask what we order and says we will bring it. We'll the kid brings it and it is the 2 that sat there for 40 minutes with our sandwich and salad bar. We ask oh no we want it re made as it sat there and died and had 15 people around it complaining. He says we can heat it the manager has to approve re making. We say either re make of refund. He says I will check with manager. We'll they re make and we watch like a hawk. You would have thought they would expedite the order not so much. Anyway they bring the new food but never once did the manager come out. On an off note they put the chicken Alfredo that died into to go boxes. Not sure what happened to them but would think they would go into trash. The quality has gone downhill. Do better and use this for training. The manager was working behind and next to the expo person as he was swampped and all the manager did was yell and complain. Even went as far as yell I don't want another complaint, done with complaining. Over 1 hour...

Jason Deli, Santa Barbara Blvd., Cape Coral, Fl., Here is my 2 cents on the food and chatter..
I was swayed by a great photograph of the Club Royale.
Of course being Jason Deli it is pricey...plus the actual pic does not get what you order per se.
The price 9 bucks, with a pickle, it was fresh tasted good.
Service was courteous and fast.
Jason Deli, Santa Barbara Blvd., Cape Coral, FL., Here is my 2 cents on the food and chit chat. My entree. Muffalettas, made with ham. This is a New Orleans creation. ...one muffuletta loaf, marinated olive salad, layers of mortadella, salami, mozzarella, ham, provolone. The muffuletta is both a type of round Sicilian sesame bread and a popular sandwich originating among Italian immigrants in New Orleans, Louisiana using the same bread.
This is a sad copy My muffalettas did not have all this. It seemed too just have my ham & marinated olive salad. The bun was warmed and toasted. It was lacking some zip. I was also given a big handful of broken tater chips. The price of this half of sandwich was about 11 bucks. I had a 5 dollar coupon for my birthday from Jason.... No entree is $5 or less so you would "ALWAYS " have to spend more money. ( umph, some birthday present.) Anyway its ok. I would never buy this again from...
