Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Cape Coral

We ordered dinner at 9:51pm via the website and were given an estimated delivery time of 10:20pm. At 10:13pm we received the out for delivery text. Our food was not delivered. At 10:50pm we called the store and were forwarded to a corporate call center who let us know that the driver has left about 29 minutes ago and should be there anytime. She gave us a discount code for $5 off for our time. Our food was not delivered. At 11:15pm we called again and were again forwarded to the call center. This time we were informed that the order was delivered between 10:20pm and 10:38pm. It was not. He then stated that he would have the order remade and delivered. We have now waited almost 2 hours and still have not received our order. We order a lot but their mess ups are never this bad. They are more on the level of wrong soda, missing soda, no icing on the Cinnabon mini buns, not that never delivering your food level. Needless to say, we are very disappointed.

We did finally receive our food at 11:53pm, over 2 hours after placing the order, which was missing the breadsticks that were still...

Pizza Hut, Cape Coral,Fl. Here is chatter and my 2 cents on the food.

I have NOT had pizza from them in 30 years. They were offering half off on line ordering. So I gave it a whirl. It went down hill from there. After figuring out which pie is eligible , trying to get the 50% off and use my credit card, I had to breakdown down and use cash. Then I called the store. NOTE : this was the only good part of the experience. The pie was delivered quickly.The person who I talked to rectify my situation. Total time to order pie. 30 minutes. Cost $9.98 ...this is half price.

The food....Large,thin crust, pepperoni/mushroom. This pie was 2 inches smaller than the pie you get from Cosxto....The crust was like a old tortilla or pita bread. The topping was mediocre at best though it did cover the pie. Over all a terrible pie....NEVER AGAIN PIZZA HUT.

NOTE: Be advise that ANYONE can go to Cosxto...no membership require for the following ...to BUY food, at the food court..(Pizza is $10.00)..Get liquor, use the pharmacy...

Terrible location and I would NOT recommend this store. Waited 2 hours for delivery and my app said the order was still processing. I called to check on the order and the order was made and over an hour old. I was told by the shift manager that it could be remade and ready in 20 minutes. I asked for a comp meal and pay for the delivery fee and tip as most restuarants would do and she said she asked the store manager and the store manager said no. They could remake the order.i asked for her first name and she said she would not tell me and in a very condescending voice after I said that the complaint will be escalated to corporate she said awesome,you have a good night. This person would have been fired for her attitude at any other hospitality establishment for her conduct. I have order here alot and never had a problem until tonight. They saw...
