Wonderful atmosphere. TERRIBLE FOOD AND SERVICE!! First time visiting as we are here for our daughter's dance competition. What a disappointment this place was!! I ordered shrimp scampi amd and ALL the shrimp WAS RAW. The pasta was terrible also. Tasted like old butter that sat out for weeks!! My 6 yr olds plain butter noodles with parm was so cold even the plate was cold. The waitress was was just as bad. I understand people may have personal issues and have bad days BUT she was just horrible . When I told her my daughter's pasta was COLD she stood there until I finally said ok well can you please bring her another plate of hot pasta..WE WAITED 15 MIN FOR THE PASTA ONLY TO COME BACK SO DRY AND STICKY FROM BEING IN MICROWAVE !! Then my shrimp scampi came and ALL THE SHRIMP WERE COMPLETELY RAW. I wish I knew how to attach pics. The waitress came over and I explained the shrimp WAS RAW and again she stood there and finally said oh I can have them reheat it. Well no I don't want this disgusting shrimp thrown in the microwave reheated or whatever they do to reheat. So I said please just take it away I just don't want it. The proper response would have been im sorry would you like another dish of the menu. The manager finally came over and also pushed to have it reheated.. not im so sorry we will remove it from the bill. Manager walked away after I told her I don't want the food reheated. Waitress comes back and I said please give us the check we are finished and I would appreciate if you remove this dish off my bill. I've worked in the worst and best restaurants for 15 yrs and would of NEVER had the family pay for any of it!! I don't NOT recommend...
Read moreI’ve been a customer for over 15 years, we’ve visited several Pinchers locations, but this one is close to our home. We’ve always had excellent service and great food. However this past week we brought friends of ours who had never been to Pinchers and we bragged on how fresh everything was and how much we loved their fries. When our fries arrived with our meal, they appeared to be overcooked and dry, as they were upon tasting. After about 15 minutes from receiving our dinner the GM, Wade, asked how everything was, and I politely responded with everything was great except our fries were overcooked and very dry. He offered to replace all 3 orders when all I wanted to do was let him know so other customers wouldn’t receive the poor quality of fries we did. He then mentioned bringing one order out for us all to share and we agreed. When he brought the basket of fresh natural cut fries out, we all said ‘wow! Those look perfect!’ He then goes on to tell us ‘although these may look perfect on the outside, they will be undercooked on the inside as I had my cook pull them early for you since the first orders weren’t good to you. However the ones you originally received were how we make our fries and that’s the proper cook on them. Again we’ve been dining at Pinchers for over 15 years and we’ve never gotten fries that appeared to be dead, dry, and severally overcooked. The manager was very condescending to me, when he should’ve apologized, set my fries down, and walked away. Not an enjoyable experience, luckily our server, Donna took...
Read moreLet me be clear - the location is beautiful and the food was delicious. However, be wary of your valuables. We are a family of 5 and were vacationing for the first time with our baby, so things can be a little hectic as we move about. My wife's Apple Watch let her know when we got to the car that her phone was missing, so we turned around to check our table at the restaurant. Our server, Brett, was cagey when asked about the phone, and told my 15-year-old son that if he had found a phone, "it would already be on eBay." I asked for help from a different server and the host stand, but was told 2 times that it was "likely stolen." I called over the manager and got some assistance, but we were essentially told to report it stolen because our table had been bussed already. We were asked to "provide a description of the phone" because the Droid users at the restaurant, "were not familiar with iPhones."
Luckily, my wife was able to walk around the entire restaurant with her Watch until the phone finally pinged near the back of the restaurant. The phone "magically" appeared from the back after we threatened to search back there and go through the trash. The phone was clearly pinched (mandatory Dad joke) and our persistence paid off.
I have been to many Pinchers all over Florida and love to get some fresh seafood on vacation every time, but this location has some bad apples to watch out for....
