Thank you Donna 🙏 😎🙌 ... First of all, I want to extend a special thanks to Donna, our amazing waitress at Pinchers. She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made our dining experience all the more enjoyable. Now, on to the food. We started our meal with the Alaskan King Crab, and it was absolutely amazing. The crab was incredibly fresh and had a sweet, delicate flavor that melted in our mouths. The meat was juicy and succulent, and the texture was perfect. The dish was served with a side of melted butter, which added a rich and indulgent flavor to the already delicious crab. Moving on to the Glazed Salmon, we were blown away by how well it was cooked. The fish was perfectly seared on the outside and remained moist and tender on the inside. The glaze had a subtle sweetness that complimented the natural flavor of the fish perfectly. The dish was accompanied by a side of rise and mashed potatoes that were cooked to perfection and added a great balance to the dish. Overall, our experience at Pinchers was fantastic, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for high-quality seafood in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The Alaskan King Crab is definitely a standout dish and is not to be missed, and the Glazed Salmon is equally as impressive. With a great menu, attentive service, and a welcoming atmosphere, Pinchers is a must-visit for seafood lovers.

ADD: The manager reached out to me regarding this review. She wanted more information and to let me know how much she cared about our experience. She even provided a gift certificate to give the restaurant another go as she stated they are diligently working to fix the issue. Totally impressed and excited to give it another go! Management can really make a difference. Will update once we try again. We had such high hopes for this place! We chose it for the location, as it’s at a harbor with beautiful views. The location was spot on and exactly what we wanted. Our waitress was super busy but still managed to get us everything we needed with a smile and grace. But the food! It was horrible, and frankly almost inedible! I had the fish dinner and it was dry and tough, the flavoring was so heavy that it would best to be described as a salt lick. My mother had the salmon and it was cooked so much it was almost white! She had to give up on chewing it half way through her mouth got so tired…. on fish! My husband had the fish and chips and that seems to be what they make there that tastes good. He was super happy, unlike the rest of our party. So when we go for the view, we will definitely only order the fish and chips. I know this place is a chain, but Waffle House does better!

Always like to eat at Pinchers when we have guests visiting because we like the marina/water views, outdoor seating option, and the Westin/Tarpon Point area in general. Went after child’s pre-school graduation and while we were decorating the table (grad tablecloth, centerpiece, etc.) the manager walked by. He offered us a chocolate or carrot cake on the house to celebrate, so child was so EXCITED the whole meal waiting for his treat. They kindly moved us inside after dinner (mosquitoes came out) and we were SURPRISED when the cake came out with a giant sparkler in it! Child was beyond impressed (so were we) and it just made the event really special/unforgettable for him. We would have even paid for the cake if we knew it had the sparkler, sometimes it’s the simple things that make the most impact. Many thanks to the manager and waitress that night -- you made the pre-school graduation party the best! Also they brought 6 plates and forks for everyone so after we split it, the grad got to eat off the big plate (and there were still leftovers!)

Wonderful atmosphere. TERRIBLE FOOD AND SERVICE!! First time visiting as we are here for our daughter's dance competition. What a disappointment this place was!! I ordered shrimp scampi amd and ALL the shrimp WAS RAW. The pasta was terrible also. Tasted like old butter that sat out for weeks!! My 6 yr olds plain butter noodles with parm was so cold even the plate was cold. The waitress was was just as bad. I understand people may have personal issues and have bad days BUT she was just horrible . When I told her my daughter's pasta was COLD she stood there until I finally said ok well can you please bring her another plate of hot pasta..WE WAITED 15 MIN FOR THE PASTA ONLY TO COME BACK SO DRY AND STICKY FROM BEING IN MICROWAVE !! Then my shrimp scampi came and ALL THE SHRIMP WERE COMPLETELY RAW. I wish I knew how to attach pics. The waitress came over and I explained the shrimp WAS RAW and again she stood there and finally said oh I can have them reheat it. Well no I don't want this disgusting shrimp thrown in the microwave reheated or whatever they do to reheat. So I said please just take it away I just don't want it. The proper response would have been im sorry would you like another dish of the menu. The manager finally came over and also pushed to have it reheated.. not im so sorry we will remove it from the bill. Manager walked away after I told her I don't want the food reheated. Waitress comes back and I said please give us the check we are finished and I would appreciate if you remove this dish off my bill. I've worked in the worst and best restaurants for 15 yrs and would of NEVER had the family pay for any of it!! I don't NOT recommend...

I’ve been a customer for over 15 years, we’ve visited several Pinchers locations, but this one is close to our home. We’ve always had excellent service and great food. However this past week we brought friends of ours who had never been to Pinchers and we bragged on how fresh everything was and how much we loved their fries. When our fries arrived with our meal, they appeared to be overcooked and dry, as they were upon tasting. After about 15 minutes from receiving our dinner the GM, Wade, asked how everything was, and I politely responded with everything was great except our fries were overcooked and very dry. He offered to replace all 3 orders when all I wanted to do was let him know so other customers wouldn’t receive the poor quality of fries we did. He then mentioned bringing one order out for us all to share and we agreed. When he brought the basket of fresh natural cut fries out, we all said ‘wow! Those look perfect!’ He then goes on to tell us ‘although these may look perfect on the outside, they will be undercooked on the inside as I had my cook pull them early for you since the first orders weren’t good to you. However the ones you originally received were how we make our fries and that’s the proper cook on them. Again we’ve been dining at Pinchers for over 15 years and we’ve never gotten fries that appeared to be dead, dry, and severally overcooked. The manager was very condescending to me, when he should’ve apologized, set my fries down, and walked away. Not an enjoyable experience, luckily our server, Donna took...

Let me be clear - the location is beautiful and the food was delicious. However, be wary of your valuables. We are a family of 5 and were vacationing for the first time with our baby, so things can be a little hectic as we move about. My wife's Apple Watch let her know when we got to the car that her phone was missing, so we turned around to check our table at the restaurant. Our server, Brett, was cagey when asked about the phone, and told my 15-year-old son that if he had found a phone, "it would already be on eBay." I asked for help from a different server and the host stand, but was told 2 times that it was "likely stolen." I called over the manager and got some assistance, but we were essentially told to report it stolen because our table had been bussed already. We were asked to "provide a description of the phone" because the Droid users at the restaurant, "were not familiar with iPhones."

Luckily, my wife was able to walk around the entire restaurant with her Watch until the phone finally pinged near the back of the restaurant. The phone "magically" appeared from the back after we threatened to search back there and go through the trash. The phone was clearly pinched (mandatory Dad joke) and our persistence paid off.

I have been to many Pinchers all over Florida and love to get some fresh seafood on vacation every time, but this location has some bad apples to watch out for....
