Dinning on 1-28-19 around 6-6:30pm. My passed experiences put an average rating of 3.8 but this evening was a 5+. I was engaged as soon as I stepped up to the line to order, by a very friendly staff member and a multitasker as she was still taking another guests order. We ordered pizza and a few other things this evening, but pizza tends to take longer. However I was frankly surprised at how fast our meal got to the table. It was cooked to perfection too, with nothing incorrect thanks kitchen. Best pizza I have ever had at fazolis. Our table not once was out of bread sticks either. The young lady taking orders made rounds twice between guests coming in. And she found time to fill up the soda machines with ice too. She's a worker. On the way out the door I stopped to thank the manager for the experience. He said ha that's awesome cause we were even down a person tonight. Would like to point out I saw this manager setting a example for his employees as he was out and about working helping pick up the slack of the missing employee. This is not something you see every manager do, just the good one's. He had that place working like a well lubed machine, loved my experience....

We arrived about 120pm, party of 3, placed our order on the tablet, took our number and sat down. All was good so far. 24 minutes later still no food or beverage. 3 other families came in after us, some had their drinks and breadsticks, while we sat with nothing. I went up to the young lady at the counter and asked about our food. She said I had to understand she was the only one working. I asked if I could just get my food as it was sitting on the counter. She said she was going to make fresh. I asked if I could at least get a drink and some breadsticks. She gave me our drinks only. Less then 5 minutes later our food arrives. Lasagna was cold as ice, meat sauce was hot. I took it back. 20 seconds later they bring it back with more hot meat sauce. Terrible customer service..I even gave a tip before my service..lesson learned. Girl behind counter did not act like she cared at all and it was all about her moving around so slow with no care.
