Food is always good. I like trying the box meals because they’re good deals. If you order something special, make sure you check your food. Most of the time mine is missing the changes. They end up making the item following their menu recipe rather than checking that I wanted it special. So I end up having to go back up and getting it redone. That’s very annoying. I don’t think they have a manager there most of the time from the way their employees act when I’m there. It’s kind of disturbing sometimes. I’ve also noticed that prices are not the same as other Taco Bell. And the last time we went here, we used the kiosk to order, the cook came out and said what we ordered was no longer being sold but he’d make it this one time. How is that our fault that their menu wasn’t updated? Didn’t make sense. Then when we got our order it still wasn’t right. It’s also pretty rude that their district manager or whoever came in and sat next to us and was having a meeting with the store manager while we were trying to have our meal. Don’t they have an office for that? I don’t want to hear about their business especially while I’m...
Read moreMy main complaint about Taco Bell is that you can tell when the food is well cooked and fresh and when it isn't. When it is, this would get a 5 star, but it just isn't reliable enough for me to expect to throughly enjoy this food every time I go. Also, bring back the mysterious Mountain Dew Sangarita Blast, your breakfast options (and expand the hours), 7-Layer Burritos, and the LOADED potato grillers. Pepsi is an enormous company and can afford to have potatoes and bacon at the restaurant. 🤷🏼♂️ But, when it's good, it's great, and I usually like my visits to Taco Bell. They come in clutch, though I really think they'd benefit from constructing a second drive-through AND pick-up spots like McDonald's. They are definitely busy enough to, and they'd make more money because i know for a fact it scares off customers whenever they're thinking about going there and the line is out to the road. Just a thought. Regardless, I'll keep coming back for my Beefy 5-Layer, Quesarito, and Baja Blast fix. They've got me...
Read moreThe line at this Taco Bell location is always wrapped around the building, which is fine. I don’t mind to wait, but after waiting 30+ minutes I expect a little better service. I pulled up the menu and was told over the speaker to give them a moment, which I waited 10 minutes there and nobody ever said anything. So, finally I said, “excuse me”, and they said to go ahead with my order. I got a nacho fry deluxe box, asked for meat and cheese only on everything. My order was fulfilled except on the chalupa. I checked two of the four items before I left, (everything but the chalupa) and just assumed the rest was fine, it was not. The chalupa was COVERED in sour cream. I would just take it back but I live 30 minutes away from a Taco Bell so I’m not wasting my gas and an hour of my time because the staff is incompetent. The burrito had almost nothing in it. It was basically just a wrapped up tortilla and the cup of nacho cheese for the nacho fries was only 1/3 full. It was completely ridiculous and I will not...
