Showtime Pizzeria — Restaurant in California

The online ordering was a bit confusing for some items. When I went to pick up my order they confirmed my order options and that's not what I intended so they fixed it and charged me an extra $6 plus some change. I get home and notice it was still wrong. I called and brought it to their attention that the prices online are not the same as I was charged. I was charged more than double for toppings, some didn't even show an extra charge. They didn't offer any sort of apology, only acknowledged that the site was not correct.

All in all the food was decent, but really not worth the headache and overcharge. They seem to do well enough that they won't miss my business however I do recommend when ordering from here online that you call and double check on the current...

Had a large family gathering and had saw that Showtime had good ratings so we ordered 6 pizzas from here. The pizza didn't look like much, but we ordered pepperoni and cheese pizzas so it wasn't out of the norm. The taste of the pizza was also severely lackluster. The only people who seemed to thoroughly enjoy it was the kids (all under age 10). It was all bland. It was agreed that Little Caesars pizza would have been a better choice at this point especially when you consider the price point. 6 pizzas from the national chain would have been about the same as two of these. The only thing saving this review from 1 star is the fact that it was bought as a "treat" for the family....

Thought we’d give it a try again and was disappointed again. Ordered online I thought I was adding toppings which they said was me removing toppings that weren’t even on the pizza. No phone call for clarity. Get there to pick up the pizza and wait an additional 20 minutes. No olives, mushrooms or any toppings that I asked for. Feta pizza was salty, kids said the meatball pizza tasted like a subway sandwich. When I called about the mistake about the toppings, they said oh you put that you removed those toppings , people mess up a lot on the website easily all the time. Maybe time to fix...
