Went there later on a Saturday evening, just after 7pm, so there weren't very many people there. We were seated relatively quickly, but it took a bit before a server finally arrived to ask us what we'd like to drink. The beer and liquor menu was quite extensive. The person with me ordered a draft beer. It took so long for the draft to arrive the server actually brought an extra water so he had something to drink during our wait. [It is possible our server was underage and had to wait for another server to bring out the beer.] It still was a wait before the server finally asked us if we were ready to order. The person who was with me ordered a burger and tots and I ordered wings and home fries. Again, we had a good wait before our food came. The burger was quite good as where the tots. The wings were covered with cold sauce, and the wings themselves were basically tepid! The home fries were warm (thank goodness) and were really very good! I made sure the server knew that we would like desert when she served our dinner since we hardly ever saw her! I was done and the person with me was nearly done before the server came back to see if there was anything else we needed. I went ahead and ordered the desert at that time since it was so rare that we actually saw the server. The desert came fairly quickly compared to everything else! We got the fudge cake. The cake was OK, but certainly nothing to write home about. Again, we had to wait to get our bill. Once we got the bill, another server noticed we were preparing to leave, and took the bill and cash payment, saying she would be back with change. Since there was so much time between seeing our server, we were certain to have the appropriate amount of cash to cover the bill and the tip for our server. There was no need for us to wait longer for change.
The atmosphere is perfect for sports people, of which we are not. I couldn't tell you how many TVs were on, but there were a lot of them! They had on different TVs football, basketball and soccer games. Read moreI’ve always had the good expected tailgate food at this location and enjoyed it. But recently I’ve had very poor customer service. First about a month ago, when we walked in, there was no one at the host table to take names or great guest for 10 min. Once someone did come she refused to take any names and said everyone had to wait in line vs having a seat while waiting. It took anoth 10 min of waiting. I don’t have a problem with waiting but have someone to great customers and let them site while waiting.
Currently, I’m waiting for a pickup online order. When I walked in there was a guy at the desk punching in something on a computer. It took him about 3 min to even acknowledge I was there. Once he did he had me pay for my order and he presumably when to get it. While he was gone, I got a message from my on line order saying it was ready to pick up. (30 min after placed) I assumed when he finally came back 5 min later it was my order. Nope. He told me there was a 5 min delay between what online says and what actually happens. Now can someone please explain how online would say it’s ready before it actually is? I can understand if it was delayed but not early. I’m currently typing this while waiting. We’ll see how long this actually takes.

Read moreI ordered my food a little before 10pm I was told it would be ready in 25mins. I called right back to cancel a salad off of my order because the overall price. When I got up there I called first and was told my food is being bagged. I sent someone in to grab my food and was told they thought when I canceled my salad I wanted all my items cancelled so I awaited another 40 mins. Which I then asked for a discount because I had my child in the car with me waiting. I then get my food and I was charged for 3 blue cheese, when ordered over 30 pieces of chicken. Additional ranch cups were in the bag. I later on noticed i was still charged for the salad that I never had gotten and also my bone in wings were sauced with the wrong sauce. I should've received my whole $35 back but I was given $15 poor customer service. O couldn't believe the wait and how unprofessional this was. Also the fact that when I called they still told my my food was ready and not accidentally cancelled. I drove from another town so this was very upsetting. To wait a hour for the wrong food and still not have a salad that I paid for. To only be discounted not even half for the prolonged wait after I asked.
