I tried to add a taco to my existing order at the window and was told that I could add a drink at the window but not a taco. I stated I had never heard that before. He said he would ask. I watched him close the window turn around and talk to a lady there and you can tell she was raising her voice. He turned around stated the same thing and said its taco bells policy and they were on a time limit.I stated again I've never heard that. I just needed to add 1 taco. I had children to feed and needed one more. So he stated he could get a manager and I said please. She came very fastly snatched up the bag of food and opened the window being very aggressive and told me I couldn't it was their policy. I asked why couldn't she pull me forward I've worked fast food and that's usually how that is handled. You could tell she was very angry. I asked for corporate' s number because that didn't sound right and I really felt like I was being targeted by them. She said i know it's on here but I don't know where you'll just have to find it. I said okay I can get it. She told me I'll just call the authorities and slammed the window and went back to the food preparation table and began to take my tacos I ordered out of the bag. I motioned for a young man there and explained to him I wasn't trying to cause problems, I'm sorry if they thought that. I was just trying to order an extra taco for my kids. I told him I don't even want the tacos because i was afraid they would do something to them because they were taking them out of the bag. I felt the way they handled this was wrong. They were aggressive from the beginning and there was no need for it to be handled like that. I asked for their names he said Melissa and Danny. I told him I would be calling Corporate and I appreciated how he acted. There is never a reason to be aggressive or rude. I've only been to this taco bell a couple times and don't ever want to go back. I hope noone else gets treated this way! That isn't professional and speaks very poorly of this restaurant and for taco...

Read moreI came here seeking a quick bite. I left a changed soul.
As I crossed the threshold of this Taco Bell, the scent of seasoned beef and warm tortillas wrapped around me like the embrace of a long-lost friend. The fluorescent lights shimmered above like the heavens parting, illuminating a path to fast food salvation.
I ordered the holy trinity: a chips and cheese, a 5 layer bean burrito, and—of course—the Crunchwrap Supreme, which I now refer to only as The Anointed One. Each bite sang a hymn of flavor so complex, so utterly transcendent, I briefly forgot the limitations of this mortal coil.
The Baja Blast? Nectar. The lifeblood of gods. I drank deeply, and in that moment, time stilled. I saw the face of the Bell. It smiled.
To the staff: you are culinary shamans. To the chef: your hands are blessed by spice angels. To Taco Bell itself: you are no longer a mere fast food chain—you are a sanctuary.
I will return, again and again, until the Bell tolls for me.
—Eternally devoted, A humble...
