Dunkin' — Restaurant in Carbondale

This location has always had issues over the 8 years I've been stopping in. They just seem to be getting worse instead of better.

They never seem to get an entire order correct, especially large orders. Even when ordered ahead with plenty of time to make them.

The service has become increasingly terrible. The employees want to get irritated when you point out missing items or incorrectly made orders. It's not MY fault they get it wrong every single time.

I've had missing boxes of donuts, missing box of coffee, an entire bag of half dozen bagels, no extra espresso shot in the drinks, plain water in their energy drinks (which is supposed to be soda water/carbonated).... etc.

This last visit just topped it. One employee that's there everytime I come in was exceptionally rude (may even be the manager). I check over the large orders before leaving because I've left without items that were missing or the orders are incorrect. Every. Single. Time. Not once has the order 100% been correct when it's more than 3 items.

This particular order was 3 dozen donuts, 1 50ct munchkins, 6 plain bagels with butter, 6 everything bagels with cream cheese on the side, iced macchiato, iced coffee and a breakfast sandwich. I didn't see the breakfast sandwich and just asked. The employees response (with their back turned to me, wouldn't look at me once) said "it's in there. I made it myself". This was said in a nasty tone. The breakfast sandwich was second from the bottom of a bag of bagels. Why? I think out of spite. From the moment we walked into this location, we felt uncomfortable. We tried to use the kiosk to order, but it doesn't give you the option to add anything to your sandwich. I waited for someone to come take our order and the girl just sneered because I guess I was bothering her by asking her to do her job. She took our order. And didn't give me a receipt, just told me the number for our order. This would have been fine if I was able to remember the number for 20 minutes. We waited for our food while other customers were walking in, ordering food and drinks and leaving before us. We finally get our order. Mine was avocado toast with bacon. If I'm paying extra for bacon, there should be sufficient bacon. There were crumbles of bacon, see photo. My husband went to the counter to ask someone if this is the correct amount. She just looked at him, mouth wide open, and just nodded. She must not have words to use. So he went over to the boy that was making the food to ask. He said it was a full scoop, but then asked my husband if he wanted more bacon. This boy used his bare hand and pulled a rare piece of bacon out to add to the avocado toast. Is this for real??? Additionally, the avocado spreaf in my avocado toast was practically frozen. My husband declined and we left. Rude staff, horrible service...

Went there yesterday, the girl working the drive-thru was either pretending not to hear us or had hearing issues and shouldn’t have been placed in that position. It took us five minutes just to place an order for a couple drinks, a donut and a bagel. Pretty sure the cars behind us could hear us ordering by the time we were done. She kept adding things to our order and we kept having to correct her and stop her from adding more items to our order. Finally we get done ordering and pull up and they hand me a drink with hair in it. My roommate informed them because I’m shy and confrontation makes me anxious and they just take the drink without even saying anything to us, no apology or even an acknowledgement, and instead turned to her coworker and laughed about it. After a while I finally got my drink and they forgot my donut so I had to remind them of that as well before we could leave. Over all, the people working there were pretty rude I recommend going to the Honesdale Dunkin Donuts instead. The people who work there are polite and don’t laugh about bad hygiene in the...
